Why do people still think that Pepe was taken out because of his old short? New Pepe already has an established lore separated from that, they just removed him for creative reasons. And what annoys me the most is that this was announced years ago an none of y'all talked about it, you are just doing it because someone wrote an article about Dr. Seuss and his more than problematic past and the guy mentioned Pepe and his old shorts making you think that this was some political decision, when the writers just didn't write him back.
