One suggestion while i was understanding the background music was creating disturbance i dont think music should be given in the background if you are teaching or explaining something

Because contract is a kind of Civil nature, hence, contract is a civil law but all civil cases are not contract as property etc.

Aapne example ache se nhi diya .... Ex . Agar koi relation mei 2 person h jo personal phase pe h to unn dono ke bich mei agreement to h ki vo sth h but jruri nhi h ki vo agreement aage Jake contract bann payega ya nahi ...mtlb aage Jake kya pata vo dono sth hee nah ho kisi reason se to vo agreement contract nahi bola jayega Therefore.all agreement are not contract ☺️☺️.....
