I'm Russian, and we have the elemental burst in the Genshin localisation and Superpower in hsr. Ult (ulta in Russian, pronounced ool-TAH) is a term that describes this type of ability in any game, since it was called an ultimate before hsr was a thing. So, ultimate is not even an incorrect term. Ulta is slang, so, they had to change it in the localisation
