The announcer nailed it. By the way it sounds like the Hot Wheels Turbo Racing announcer. Maybe it's the same person.

I don't know why, but for some reason the way we only see only the Kung Fu Bot's torso & arms kinda makes it look like a klagen from the Sonic series.

This game looks old flash game called TKO titanic kungfubot offensive the cartoon network games was deleted on 2018 it's kind of sadly.

The game is unplayable now (servers got shut down) The only thing you can do is open the main menu

No unfortunately, the most you can do is load up the main menu since the servers don't exist anymore
