My dad is in Canara Bank , he is Branch Manager. He said this will be on a slow to mod pace. For the next 4-5 years majority psu banks will be pvt'sd ! It's under consideration, over night is null. But earlier you grab greater it will be ! (And also as always he says dont expect a smooth life after placed🙂He always says that, i personally have witnessed his midnight calls and frustration...coming years it will be worser but yea no job is Comfortable) Now don't comment down hates...! I said what he said when he had a genral body meeting! Study and grab that's it.. !

@@arijitnaskar9058 It is the Reality, i am not stamping down this Job but Reality is reality...! Rarely i see my Dad free from works and tension, every year he takes medical leave for a month and go for a treatment (of course it depends from branch to Branch) but yea economy is developing day by day and banking sector being a backbone makes a fresher more frustrated. At last no job in coming year is Comfortable unless or until u win a lottery😄! Salary and promotion, Consideration, social respect, perks, Other benefits; banking sector has and the recruitment is closed within months, that's what i think our generation are in need off cuz of rising unemployment and fear of our career. CGL may be far better , donno much abt it, Recruitment is time taking ! Best way is For a security join as a clerk, workload is lil less than a PO and prepare for CGL on side amd shift when placed ! Also make some planning for the future 😄 Donno what will happen in coming years, who knows bank will recruit on contract basis🙂(pov) . Study study nd study or flw our passion❤️all the best vrooo

Bro that's why I give concentration on only bank clerk because I am very fond of CGL and you have already known that CGL 2022 exam will happen in December..... Bro i have heard a lot that many bank po left po for cgl (of course 4600 grade pay)...... Because in CGL (except cbi,ed) there is a time bound work and 2 days off ..... Those who are preparing for public sector bank jobs ye soch ke ki bank ki naukri is woh nagar palika type sarkari Naukri then please don't even try to step into bank job. As per current scenario let it be any Pvt, nationalized, rural or co-operative bank, the work pressure is similar in all of them. You'll have to complete the targets like of cross sellings, advances whether you are officer or associate..yeah advances pressures are only on officers.

chances km h but fir v 3rd stage dijiye....5 times ka reason mt puchhiye , jaise po interview me 3 times bulaye jate h....ye ESIC EPFO inke assistant exams me 5 times bulate h aur hota qualifying h....jaise man lijiye aapke state me 20 seat h to lgbhg 100 select honge 3rd stage k liye....usme CST me man lijiye 10 fail kr gye aur 90 pass to inn 90 me jo top 20 honge acc to Mains marks unka selection hoga

Uncertainty hai bhai...banks walo ki khud phati padi hai...abhi nhi toh 5-10 saal baad privatize hoga hi...tab na hi govt job ka tag hoga aur na switch krne k liye energy aur age hogi...so if you are government job aspirant better try to switch to core goverment jobs like ssc, state government jobs, FCI etc And if you want to continue in the banking sector with the same government tag then try for SBI, RBI, NABARD, etc Koi bhi job me aise hi nhi nikal dete bro...par unlike government job in private me wo nikal jane ka dar toh rehta hai na...aur yehi dar k wajah se toh private banks ki efficiency and output itna acha hai

I don't think people should mine if government is privatizing the bank because it's govt share and it's their desicion weather they want to pull out or not,We don't have any right to tell them what they should do.And my friend the way you are comparing private bank's with govt bank's,kind of say's it all.

It's not about a particular govt. PSBs are national assets built over the year during different governments. No single ideology or govt can sell it saying it's their choice. Ask them to go in the election with privatisation of banks in the agenda.

@@sachinnehra3705I doesn't matter how much efforts have had been put by the multiple government to nationalise the banks,Only matters is that the current government has the power to do what they want,Ab thoo defence bhi 4 years ka hogaya hai under the Agnipath scheme or railway kai bhee bahut departments private kar deyai hai,I know it's hard to believe but sooner or later you have to except the truth

Bhai, when for the first time, merger of banks was proposed, people like you said, it will take time and then what happened??? Mergers happened in no time and bank employees like you could do nothing about it. The reality is that if the Government wants to sell its stake in PSBs , they will do it and regarding the time required to do the same, it just requires a Constitutional bill to be passed in the parliament which given the fact that BJP has majority in both the houses will happen in no time. Not all Constitutional bills are same. If a Constitutional bill is deemed important, it will be passed in no time. Just saying "itna easy hain kya ?" will not stop Privatisation. So Kindly don't try to act as the Government representative and give false/misleading information. PSB bank employees will not be able to stop privatisation just like they could do nothing to stop bank mergers.
