They've done this with alot of characters. Vegito, Gogeta, Trunks, 17 all borrow from other variations of the same character

I really love that they took all of Gogeta's appearance as reference. Even the fake out Kamehameha barrage from GT.

FighterZ never fails to amaze me with its attention to detail in regards to the characters. You can easily see the love and care put into them and you can tell this game was made by people who know Dragon Ball and love Dragon Ball.

@@supermysticsonic2 base forms were huge in japan, that's why they got in. Also, they aren't required to play the game so I had no problem with it. Plus they are cool as hell!

I'm always impressed with the level of detail put into these move sets... and your own diligence at tracking all those details down! Thanks man.

not only does he track them down, he cuts and edits in the poses. Kevin goes hard in these, shame he doesnt get enough credit. Sometimes, he'll edit in multiple poses just to make it easier to see.

Honestly, I'm completely fine if SSJ4 Gogeta reuses moves from SSB Gogeta. Although, a confetti Kamehameha used a mechanical cop-out would be hilarious.

I dont think he was. If he were Gogeta Blue wouldnt have ssj4 stuff. I think. One was 2021 and the other was 2019.

One thing I love about Arcsys is how they mask that they didn’t feel like doing something. Like with the Demon Boy, they could’ve made a whole model for him to make it 100% accurate to the movie, but they probably just didn’t feel like doing that so they were smart and just has it be a 1st person view. Work smarter not harder.

Same way they did Trunks. Just have the Sword Of Hope to DB Trunks rather than give him a DBS outfit. Or Merged Zamasu getting angry and his face looking like his enraged purple slime form without a whole new model. And Goku going SSJG but only the aura showing. Pretty cool shortcuts and I don’t think anyone could complain about it.

Doesn't really matter if they show the demon kid or not. Janemba is an evil avatar he can appear and possess people depending on the amount of evil present in a area. This shot being in first person means that anyone can be possessed by him. This is more accurate

@@supermysticsonic2 Well we don't have pure SS4 Goku references, like his 10x Kamehameha and his combo moveset from GT. Is just a one Dragon Fist super for Kid GT Goku that all. Gogeta here like the embodiment of all Gogeta has exist so far in the anime.

I MISSED! It wasn't long before you reminded me that I forgot the Reflect. I recorded it but forgot to edit it in. Where he crosses his arm. Reminded me of Vanisher Guard (His evaside for Xenoverse as SSJ4 Gogeta) And naturally of his Budokai 3 SSJ4 Ultimate move where he has his back turned and the opponent wails on him dealing 0 damage. In the anime he tanks (Janemba's punch and Omega Shenron's finger lasers) but without crossing arms.

This is it boys. We've reached Peak Gogeta. They took from every animated source, a few games, and made one fucking amazing character for FighterZ. Thanks Kevin, funny seeing other people try to take your spot with these reference videos.

This is the most accurate, unique and encirclement Character in FighterZ and I love it because Gogeta was my favorite Character since DBZ Fusion Reborn.

The amount of detail they put in this game is astonishing

1:22 Fun fact, did you know Super Sayian 4 Gogeta on that screenshot you shown, on that pose was use on Budokai Tenkaichi 3 on his selection image.

SSJ4 Gogeta’s signature moves are present in Gogeta Blue,his elbow and kick attack and the Big Bang Kamehameha,besides having lots of moves in common already with Gogeta Blue. Ark System is gonna have to go really deep into *ALL* of SS4´s very moves from the anime and bringing in the bleff kamehameha (a guarentee for sure and is another one of his signature moves) Besides,they really know how to invent new moves in the right way when it’s needed so I’m looking foward for this season’s last character nonetheless.

Some of the moves were in Raging blast as well, especially Big Bang Kamehameha blast effect. You’re correct that the triple kicks from RB also, it was his smash 3.

Now that we are getting GT gogeta I wonder how he’s gonna play since there’s a lot of stuff that blue gogeta borrows from gt gogeta

He still has some moves + they might use SS4 Goku/Vegeta moves on him as they won't be added most likely. They will probably still use the same moves Gogeta Blue got for him but with different uses or animations, like Big Bang Kamehameha that looks exactly like in anime.

Only thing you missed is that his unique reflect animation is a reference to ssj4 gogeta standing still when he knocks out omega shenron charging him. Love your videos.
