I think there is no fix pattern. The job you are applying for will get similar type of dictation. Secondly, every State would have their own type of pattern for conducting tests. The simple mantra is, master the shorthand and chill.

Sir humble request please speak in English because it will be usefull to all state people

Kailash Chandra k channel pei advanced strokes / contractions / phrases hoti hein. Apko slow speed mei short paragraphs likha karen, dictation k fori bad shorthand ko english mei transcribe kare. Koshish karey k notes/copy pai transcribe kare, PC / laptop par nhi.
