If he is the primary applicant yes but if he is the dependent and you have enough points for PR you need to prove his language proficiency by submitting school/ college certificate shows the medium of study language is in English.

You might have a 1-2 year contract with them for 186 visa. Even though contract is not legal here, still employers are asking that.

It took 5 months to get AHPRA .Once you have AHPRA, you are eligible for 482 visa. If you are seeking PR ,it will take nearly 1 year to complete all the processing.

If you would prefer to move into the UK, I believe you need UKVI for visa processing even if you are in an English speaking country. No need oet, as far as I understand.

It depends on your paper work. If everything is ok 186 will issue faster. My friend has got 186 within one month, but there are people who received it after 4 months as well.

You have to prove language efficiency through any language proficiency exam or submit a certificate from school/ college which states he studied in a school or college where the medium of language was English- to get PR. If u r not looking for PR, I think no need to prove ur husband's language proficiency unless employers ask.

No worries you will get 186, but they will pay for only your 2 yers of experience if ANMAC count only your 2 yers of experience. Sent a detailed e mail to your employer and explain that you have got 7.5 yrs experience. Ask them will you get paid according to the experience.

407 is a training visa, you have to leave the country after it expire but 482 is a best choise you may eligible for 186.
