I fell in love with Tilda in the movie Orlando. I was just a teen then but her performance and androgenous characters piqued my interest. The fact that she could be both masculine and feminine all in one dainty, pale and beautiful person blew my mind. I love her even more now as an adult and wish her nothing but all the happiness in the world.

She's an amazing actress and her most awesome role was the mother of KEVIN. That film was so intense and emotional...it about broke my heart. As for hitting 60 she looks damn good. ❤️

It was late 90s, my friends decided to still live together for co-parenting. It had a positive effect on their kids. So when I was going through divorce, I offered the same thing with my ex. My child is my priority and will do anything that will benefit him positively.

Even as she grabbed her bags it was with such grace, even making way for me when clearly she knew I was struggling to o make my boarding gate and noticed others doing the same and were bumping into me, which caused me to drop my suitcase, out of no where she let out this powerful whistle, commanding attention, and said, "Part thy people as if Thee were Moses" - and believe it or not, people actually moved! I managed to grab my bag and tried to thank her, but she was already ahead. Suddenly, she turned back and complimented my jawline, saying she would have cast me as Jadis. I played along, pretending not to understand, and she winked before leaving. Tilda Swinton truly embodies the phrase "To thy own self be true." Her uniqueness is captivating, and I couldn't find the words to express my admiration. Thank you, Tilda, for being such a remarkable and talented artist. I hope our paths cross again, and next time, I'll be ready with real words.

A number of years ago I was checking into a rather posh boutique hotel in downtown Manhattan. As I walked into the lobby, there she was - sitting on what only could be described as a throne - looking straight out at the front door. Eyebrows bleached and plucked, bleached hair right out of the east village in the 1980s, some kind of white caftan with gold accents. The only color to her was a blazing magenta lipstick. She had her acolytes around her and was greeting people one by one by laxly putting her hand out for them to kiss. Yes, seriously. I did not kiss her hand, nor did I acknowledge her. She seemed so busy advertising her "artsiness" I didn't want to bother.

Amazing actress!

She did a fashion spread for one of the fashion magazines and you have to find it -- first of all the clothing was just so her -- just so very out there -- but they were in this bizarre handmade weird wonderland sort of castle thing somewhere in South America where some penniless British landed gentry took off to and over the decades built this surrealist place with bridges to nowhere and towers in the trees. The place is something out of a dream. Well worth looking for. It was Bazaar or one of those magazines.

I agree with her about the boarding schools. There not good. And most women I’ve meet that where sent to them have issues because of them.

I find it odd that one would question her sexuality, I never questioned it because I felt I already knew..and really whose business is it anyways. Ugh, last video I watch from this channel. What is with all the creepy questions and observations about her children? Lots of people have children with one partner and later a romantic relationship with another. It's not even vaguely unusual. Would you still be freaked out if he lived down the street? If the father lives in the same house to be available to help care for the children, what difference does that really make, and whose business is it, anyway, besides theirs? What's best for the children is showing them that their parents love them and love each other, even if they're no longer romantically involved. As a child of divorced parents, I'd have loved it if my parents had been able to be such good friends after their marriage ended.
