They may have just put some of it in an empty bottle so it would be easier to pour, but I don’t really know it is pretty odd

I think he used the Carmel he made to pour on top the chocolate balls and the store bought one to stick them together

It’s a frozen pan, it’s frost. Not metal. It’s how they make ice cream rolls

@@leonelcarita yea it is, that’s how you make ice cream rolls, they freeze the tray and it becomes covered in frost. Chocolate isn’t as soft so it’s a bit harder to scrape and doesn’t make as perfect of a spiral. The sharp edges of the spatula are scraping up frost, not metal

@@okaymoonstorm Eh. I'm pretty sure they don't use aluminum when making ice cream rolls. That definitely looked like metal bits. The main reason I say that is because they follow the pattern of the blade. If it was frost, it would be all over the bottom.

The ice is an interesting idea. I would have used a mold though to put the stick in the center. That way the cups can be dipped up and down, rather than at an angle.

These are all very messy “home kitchen” experiments by the look of it. Doesn’t look like a professional kitchen or professional appliances they’re using. Nothing wrong with that but the frozen untempered chocolate was a giveaway.

I love to eat but bc of my diet restrictions it makes this stuff hard could do a few recipes of no dairy. Also any ideas for low protein n no bread to stay full
