You've got some good ideas for your next playhouse. We started one for in the pole barn for the girls for winter. It's gonna be big as it needs to hold their food underneath. I like all the color on yours. Keep the girls stimulated! Cheers from up north!
I really like your idea. I like the different colors too. Can't wait to see new one.
I like the fun colours too! Lovely space for the chickens 🐔❤

Do you suggest wood chips for a ground covering?

Those could work! I would just try to make sure they’re a native hardwood, not dyed, and double shredded if possible.

We use pine shavings...like we use for the horses...highly absorbent and virtually no smell.

How coarse is the pine? I’m thinking the stuff I use in nesting boxes which turns to stinky mush when wet.

If you go to a feed store they carry pine shavings for horses.it comes bale size plastic wrapped. It doesn't go mushy, in fact it's great as kitty litter as well.

You know, she’s better. I continue to care for her and I can’t figure it out. She’s able to walk a little now and she’s eating and drinking fine. Color is good. Just slowing down a bit. I’m grateful for every day I get with her. Thank you for asking. ❤️
