Can you use just the bottom of a monster hoop with the sticky stabilizer and just not put the top piece of the hoop on your garment?

No you can't, the bottom frame for the Snap Hoop Monster comes with suade strips attached to them, if you where to use sticky stabilizer on top of that then the suade would come off.

I am watching the video now and wanted to let you know the sticky sheets I got with my Sticky Hoop do not cover the entire back of the hoop and I cant seem to get the sheet tight for embroidery. Are these sheets cut correctly?

Hi, both our Pre-Cut Stabilizer - Adhesive Sew N Wash and Pre-Cut Stabilizer - Peel 'N Stick come in according to the hoop size. What hoop are you using and what size did you purchase the pre-cut stabilizer?
