12:00 you are PERFECT. I have watched so many videos of so many people doing property & neighborhood features ACROSS THE WORLD and your videos are just so AUTHENTIC. I FEEL like i am literally right there. I get the totally essence of what the place is about. I came to this video after watching Aventura, that I am interested in, but thought it would be good to get some information about Sunny Isles. Again, YOU ARE AWESOME!!

My family had a Time Share right next door to the Trump Tower, but I think it was already knocked down, the Golden Strand Resort. I had such great memories there! I adored it, the Olympic size pool, their Spa, their Azzaro Italian restaurant and their private beach was pristine!🏝🏖

Hihi!!’! my son was born in Miami Beach and now he lives in Seattle for 10 years the reason he left Miami where he grew up living in south beach ,north beach , bal harbour, sunny isles and aventura is because living and working there the pay is one of the worst in the country and in Seattle the pay is way better, the south states pays really bad and florida is included and living in expensive miami that people pay expensive rent , morgage and all expenses with not good salary; my son has his bachelor and master degree plus he served in the marine has good curriculum and still job opportunity and good pay plus advancement is among the worst. In florida so he left ….Good luck to the people who want to live in sunny isles or anywhere in miami with a university degree or any kind of capacity to work but making the lower salaries in the country.

Love the video! You definitely gave an accurate description of Sunny Isles! My family and I vacation there every year and will be buying a residence there within the next few years 😁

I have never been to Miami and wanted to take my family here in this particular area. I have 2 little ones and was hoping this would be a good place for a family of 4.

The Muse is the tallest tower in Sunny Iseles but ina few years the Bentley tower will be the tallest!

I used to live in Sunny Isles and my two favorite pros were definitely the beach and I know you mentioned parks, but you didn’t mention the proximity to one of the best parks in Miami, Oleta River Park! I used to go there a lot for biking or kayaking and it’s the best.

I just visited sunny islands 5/19 thur the 23rd of 2022 and I really enjoyed love it I'm from Ohio and if could I would move there but just can't afford it but definitely will come back to visit vacation again 😀 😊 😉

Great video, are these renting prices still in 2022? I really in doubt where to live when I move to Miami in July as prices looks like going crazy.

The traffic issues are throughout Miami. It’s not unique to Sunny Isles. I live in Edgewater Miami and just wait in a few years after all these condos are completed. Good video, the only thing I’d do differently is incorporate where do people go food shopping, retail shopping and restaurants. But good job on showing the vibe of SI

Might want to mention that Haulover Beach has the best straight and also LGBTQ clothing-optional section of beach anywhere around, at the mid (straight) to the northern (LGBTQ) end of the beach. (The southern end of the beach is the clothing end of the beach.) Also, Haulover doesn't have any issues with the sun being blocked by buildings after 4pm.

Great video! Looking to send a few months in Florida however, I work during the day and can only go to the beach from 5 - 7pm, thus sun on the beach and at the condo pool is Very important. I've spent the last 5 years in Naples at the Savoy (the unit I had is no longer available). The pool and beach had sun until it set. Is that the only area like that?

Hey Shawn! I'm afraid not, Sunny Isles is a little bit more expensive than other areas, condos with this criteria are maybe starting at $3500

@@LivingInMiami that's not bad for what you get. What would a furnished 1 or 2 bedroom go for? Can you do a shorter lease like 7 months or do you have to do a 12 month lease? How is your real estate business going?

You also have one of the best malls in the world 10 minutes away and that mall is the Aventura mall. This is one mall that's always busy. If you like bagels Aventura has some of the best spots anywhere on earth. Let's not forget 20 minutes north you have Gulfstream park horse racing, and casino/village in Hallandale. Sure A1A/Collins Ave is a zoo, but if you want to go to south beach, take Collins Ave. Never take i95 to Miami useless you want to spend a quarter of your day in traffic. If you get bored in this area you don't have a pulse. The gentleman mentioned Haulover beach but he didn't mention that it's clothes optional. Don't think you're going to see hot nude bodies on this beach because you're not. Most of the nude sunbathing is done by unattractive people. If you're gay you'll probably have better luck seeing attractive people. Unfortunately that doesn't float my boat. 6 out of 10 people you come in contact with on Sunny Isles will be a snowbird/vacationer. I agree with the gentleman it's a great area.
