its the couselling and seat confirmation fees so that u dont loose that seat in case u withdraw seat u get refund

My son's state of eligibility is Jharkhand as he has passed 12 from Jharkhand. But we belong to Assam and notified ST in Assam. Is he eligible under Hone State ST in Jharkhand or he has to go through Other State ST seats?

he is elidgible for jharkhand. jidhar bhi tum apna 12 ka board exam likhte ho wohi tumhara home state ho jata hai.

@@raghavgupta3533 Home state is OK as it is based on class 12 passing. But whether other state caste (ST) is applicable or not as his caste is not from state of eligibility to get through HS-ST rather than OS-ST ?
