By mid may it would have received a few showers, so it would start getting greener. Weather will be warm and sunny with few clouds with pleasant morning and evening. So overall a good time!

A lot of tourists actually go during May and June. It's actually the prime season. If you want to avoid tourists then you may want to plan a little early. Having said that, the beginning of May shouldn't be as packed. 😅

There can be a decent bit of rain during that time. As long as you don't mind that, it should be alright. Try avoiding two wheelers and the like and check the weather forecast before hand, These things could help! 😀

It is really down to your preference. For Ismail and I, Chikmagalur was more fun because we went with friends, but when it comes to Coorg we loved trekking the Tadiandamol Peak as well as the sunset at Chiklihole Reservoir. Really down to the places you would like to visit. 😅

We went in first week of June and it was hot during the day, but the air was cool because of the altitude. Partly cloudy and pleasant morning and evenings.

April-May-June are sort of the peak months for now, due to the summer break. So, all the activities will be open for you to enjoy. However, do note that there will be a decent bit of crowd at all the spots. 😅
