It’s all fun and games until you realize that mega swampert could easily chuck youu across the room.

A number of these, like Drampa (14:11) or Passimian are probably counted standing straight up, so they'd be smaller. Others, like snake Pokemon, are probably counted by length. We can't relaly know, though. EDIT: Dhelmise, on the other hand, is that big.
