Okay, so, A friend of mine has a question, he really wants to write a fanfic where the Irken and Saiyan species are utilized, but he’s afraid that if he does he might be vulnerable to copyright strikes because of this story’s continuity, is it alright for him to use both species, since from a technical standpoint they’re not original, or what?

do you read other Ben 10 crossovers? there is a really good one named "My Alien Academia", in this story when Ben got the new omnitrix he also kept the ultimatrix in a safe place and fixed it. after unknown event the ultimatrix got stranded in the universe of My Hero Academia and the new AI Ben installed in it searched for a new user, so it found Izuku. it is a really good story and I think you will like it.
