Wish the attunement cost of this spell wasn't so high.

I know this video is 'old' as far as the game goes, but it's useful info. The other thing to note about the spirits like Atlas Bear that do a big hit that make things roll, they tend to do a TON of Ki Damage too.

In case you havent figured it out yet if you have onmyou hair you can use it to get onmyou points which you can then use to unlock skills that give you refillable talismans, enemies can also drop them too

Onmyo Magic Guardian Spirit Talisman or Fleeting Guardian Spirit talismans. Tokichiro gives you one of the fleeting ones at the beginning of the first side mission of you talk to him. Bottom left of the onmyo magic tree.

atlas bear is so op in nioh 1, too bad they got nerfed

I loved atlas bear in Nioh 1. Be was the core of my build. Made some of the hardest bosses in the game absolute jokes

It's directly related to how much amrita you are getting if you need to refill the gage or make it last longer just use some amrita stones in your inventory

There is no spirit called "Phoenix". Unless you mean Suzaku who is in a dlc
