There IS a Bug in the boat Car where you can Paint IT If you aply and then removed the Livery! IT resets btw to old testure when you spielen the Car again.

The one I needed most was number 19 and after watching this at half speed, I can’t find it cause it’s a random star between two buildings with no other landmarks to go off of. 😢

I couldn't find it until he passed the purple area, you go in there in the lane u wont see the hypercar dealership because it got removed.
