With the chase drone perk I still got chased by drones during a certain late-game mission but the perk seemed to make it so my car's steering and speed wasn't affected when they shocked my car.

The game is enough new is normal that there are some bugs like this. Plus main quests are different from the free roam. In some cases some of perks can make the quests too easy so mayby is intentional that some of them won't work.

I was worried when my main hitman was a Gambling Addict then I saw how he brought 10k in my account

Yeah Gambling in WD Legion usually is a positive for your cash xD

You missed the elite combat abilities in the list below: Elite turret spider bot- has the gun of a chase drone but on a automated spider bot Elite seeker bot- homing spider bot that will seek out enemy’s and explode Elite combat cloak- AR cloak that will allow you to shoot your weapon and remain invisible Elite kamikaze drone- drone that will fly towards an enemy and explode Kinetic charger- Melee successfully hits will charge up your gadget faster Also the overcharger is meant to be used with the bee swarm hint shoot an enemy/enemy’s with bees swarming them with the overcharger for an electric explosion that will chain Still a good vid

After you progress in the story they will be unlocked and appear in forbidden locations where usually you can find Clan Cally and Albion soldiers

@@pent2 the combat cloak is specific to the Albion enforcer he/she where’s a full body armour suit with a ballistic mask the kamikaze drone is also specific to this character but keep in mind they both cannot have the abilities at the same time the spider drones work the same way but with clan Kelly and the seeker spiderbot is varied by a klan Kelly goon wearing a gasmask and a vest of grenades while the turret spider bot is carried by someone wearing a balaclava and a coat

I watched this video 4 months ago when I started playing the Watch Dogs: Legion, and I am back again after finishing the Story Mode to watch it again for more info for Offline and Online modes. Really good and informative video! I also like your profile picture/channel icon, because of the bear! 🐻 One thing I found hard to follow in the video was what Perks/Skills/Abilities were Passive and worked for all DedSec Operatives as long as they were in your team. I know that you did specify for some of the perks but not all of them. Some are Operative specific and some are universal/passive but it isn't clear which are which just from seeing the description of the perk. Other than that, fantastic video!

@@HTFGamesStudio Ah, I see. The last perk I want to ask about is the 'Signing Bonus' perk, is that Operative Only, Universal/Passive, or only if you are recruiting someone? What I mean by the last one is, say I had an Operative with the Signing Bonus perk. If I recruit someone who doesn't have the Signing Bonus perk using that Operative, do I get the bonus for recruiting them, because I used an Operative who had it? In the reverse case, if I had an Operative without the Signing Bonus perk, and I recruited someone who did have the Signing Bonus perk, would I get the bonus for recruiting them because they had the bonus? I understand that might be hard to follow, it confused me as well as I was typing it, lol. What I mean is, is it a one time bonus if you recruit someone with that perk, or is it like, everytime you recruit someone using an Operative who has the perk, it gives you an ETO bonus?

Oh nice. I searched online for all operative perks and not even the wikia had them listed. I been wondering a while which perk/passive abilities are shared across entire operative roster or how many times or if they can stack at all ! Like shopping discount ,injury time and faction damage etc.

signing bonus is just some money you get only from the person it has. This bonus don't give you a passive revenue from all new recruits but is one time bonus PS: It useless

Maybe I just missed it somehow, but where are the spider bot thingies from Clan Kelly or the Combat Cloak from Albion Elites?

I scanned over 100 Clan Kelly ellites and didn't find it. I think it was removed with a patch. Or maby I have to progress in the story to unlock them coz I done just initial part of quest to unlock all the features.

Is normal I focused all my effort on find all the perks possible. Other youtubers and bloggers focused on other thinks like masks and tech points locations. I think I found them all beside the one that you can get later on from the story.

Nope spy cannot have different good skills from the Spy Car, P9 Silenced and Spy Watch that are the default for the spy. While the 3rd ability can change between the one common that can be the light step but is rare

Nope you cannot find this combo. But you can find Viral Hack with Crypto Skimmer. This will propagate the hack to all the people around and will still from all of them at the same time. Is the best combo to make money
