@@VadersFortress2 A 4 blade/Cross blade light saber, with 2 emitters in each hilt of the cross blade, a ring in the middle, for changing the configuration, the second crystal in each emitter is a Ghostflame blade, while the first, are blades of the wielders choosing/alignment. The user has a option between letting the blades be seen or using the ghostflame blades.... which are silent and colorless. The configurations are as such. = All blades on = 1. Cross/4 blades, wielded with a more rolling of the weapon around the body and unique fighting style , or thrown. 2. 2X2 Staff blade, basically double bladed saber but instead of 2 it is 4, 2 on each side. 3. 3 x 1 Trident, basically 3 in front and 1 in the back, or vice versa... used like a pike. 4. Fan Blade, it is wielded like a battle fan, capable of shooting bots out as part of this configuration... = Various on and off = 1. Single staff, 1 blade on, facing forward. 2. Two blade Staff, 1 blade on each side light up. 3. Broad blade Staff, 2 bkades in the front light up. 4. Trident, only 3 blades in front on.

@@VadersFortress2 My custom lightsaber design is a very unique style that is sort of mixed from different variations of different techniques used by Luke Skywalker. It boils down to, two, twin-bladed lightsabers that both emit red crystals. Sounds basic right? Well the idea is the fighting style is similar to that of Pong Krell, where you dual wield twin-bladed lightsabers that both come with custom settings to allow you to extend the blades from 24 inches up to 34 inches, as well as change the potency of the blade itself, making it weak enough to effectively behave as a stun rod for incapacitating foes through the force itself or extremely deadly able to even cut through beskar if given enough time to melt through it, essentially double the damage of a normal lightsaber. Effectively able to slice through other ignited lightsaber blades. Both the sabers are also designed to be detachable based on Cal Kestis's own lightsaber design where you can twist them on and off and even add both sabers together to make a incredibly pointless lightsaber pole if wanted. Very unorthodox. The last bit is you would be wearing a modified version of mandalorian armor that utilizes a Beskar plate carrier, knee pads, gauntlets that cover the arms (not elbows for maneuverability) as well as your shins and helmet. The gauntlets are designed to have a propulsion wrist mounted rocket launcher that actually houses your lightsabers hilts, so you flick the wrists to propel your hilts out then use the force to grab them as they're released, or can be used to send them great distances. It can also house various types of equipment, grenades, etc. So the idea is to enter combat with blasters over your lightsabers and escalate your usage of force based on what's going on. Switching from regular stances to your dual wielded twin-bladed lightsabers momentarily to overwhelm your opponents or to be used to reflect blaster fire. Fun fact that everyone seems to forget. Reason Green Lightsabers exist is because during filming of Return of the Jedi. Lukes Blue Lightsaber had a hard time showing up against the blue sky. So they turned the saber Green so it would stand out more

I got White during the quiz, which actually fits. I've gone through the different colors and meanings on the wookieepedia both canon and legends, and after considering the meanings and means of acquisition, I figured I would probably start with Yellow (Sentinel) as a padawan, end up with Purple during a question of faith, before ending up at White after experiencing life and settling into my own thing.

Red, blue and somewhat green are the most common in the series, yet really the most boring... It's like asking if you want to be either black or white. The other colors have more depth.

I really liked how you constructed the quiz and it’s results. I got white. That description felt very fitting to me, and I think a white lightsaber would be badass

I got white, which makes perfect sense. My ideal lightsaber design is fairly complex, but also quite simple at a glance. It is a single bladed saber with a flat blade and ovoid hilt cross section and a crossguard constructed of lightsaber-resistant material to protect my fingers while not being able to hurt me. The machanism is that of a dual-phase lightsaber, with one length being approximately 1.5 meters long and the other being 0.75 meters. There would be two healed crystals in the hilt to allow for this mechanism. The hilt itself is 40 cm long, allowing for greater leverage in the bind and greater maneuverability in combat. The end cap of the hilt is pointed for use as a last-ditch weapon should my saber fail. The ovoid shape of the hilt is to prevent the hilt from twisting in my grip during combat. The hilt itself is made of one piece of beskar if available or another lightsaber resistant material up to the guard and down to the end cap and put under vacuum to keep the inside of the hilt sealed to allow underwater use. The hilt bears two buttons to allow rapid switching between both blade lengths.

Typically, I don't much care for fandom quizzes like "Which ____ are you?". However, this one was really put together. I really appreciated how you put a lot of time into the importance of each color, and the questions at the end actually made sense. Well done! By the way, my lightsaber color was green. My ideal design would be a simple double-bladed lightsaber like Darth Maul's in Episode 1. I guess that scene made a big impression on me as a kid that I've always wanted that saber.

And it's, in my opinion, quite versatile, because you can use it as a normal single-bladed lightsaber with a longer hilt, or activate both blades and fight off a group of enemies (or even fight a single opponent but confuse the hell out of them).

In Jedi: Survivor we discover that Cere Junda's new lightsaber has the briefly mentioned Indigo crystal. I think the reasoning falls in line with your analysis of the other shades of purple, as Cere's mentality sees her flirting with dark side, and being able to channel various aspects of it's power while maintaining a strong and stable connection to the light.

That’s why after bode betrays you, and cal starts embracing the dark side (especially in the imperial base when you’re hunting him) I like switching his blade to purple, since his is canonically blue.

I ended up with black or purple for my blade (all of it ended up being based on what fighting stance I use) which actually matches up pretty well. My dream lightsaber would have to work around the way that I fight, while also being incredibly versatile. Whether I was a jedi, or sith, I would definitely spend the time to study both light and dark force abilities. My lightsaber would be the same size as a one handed saber, but it would be able to ignite a blade on both ends simultaneously to maximize the potential for any saber throws, or any sneaky trakata moves. It would also have 4 finger hooks a little bit underneath the emitter, each spaced 90 degrees from each other, so that a traditional fencing grip could be used. This would enable me to use a large variety of force abilities, as well as saber abilities, to overcome any enemy. Or maybe a lightsaber halberd would be cool.....

I lined up with the white crystal color, and while that does fit me pretty well, I see myself lining up a smidge more with the cyan/turquoise saber color. I don't think I would seek out the forces judgement as much for in-moment things though. Instead I'd rely on it in times of quiet to reflect and help in my future decision making. Lightsaber design-wise I'd go for my Fallen Order/Survivor design: a mostly single bladed saber with interconnected/hidden parts to open up a double and dual bladed modes to better defend myself and others.

I got the White Lightsaber blade. As for my idea saber, it would most likely be curved hilt with a dual-phase function. The hilt itself would be comprised of Durasteel with an Electrum finish, but what would make it unique would be that it could change the angle of the hilt curve with the press of a button, going from almost straight to nearly 90 degrees outward.

I got cyan/turquoise and the description for it actually really suits me. I’ve always imagined a plain hilt in white, shaped a bit like the cane katanas where the hilt blends perfectly with the sheath.

Sure, here is a crazy Star Wars lightsaber design that might be fun to imagine: Name: The Galactic Whipper Crystal: Electro-Crystal Design: The hilt of the Galactic Whipper is made of a dark metallic material, with a single button running down the length of it. When activated, the blade of the lightsaber looks somewhat like a plasma whip used by bounty hunters - a long strand of glowing energy that looks like a hose linked to the hilt. The whip has a range of four feet, and can be manipulated by the wielder in a way that makes it look like a snake slithering through the air. Features: The Galactic Whipper's primary feature is its whip-like blade, which is more flexible than a traditional lightsaber and can be used to surprise opponents with its range and unpredictability. The weapon's button can control the degrees of tension in the blade, making it stiff or floppy as required. In addition, the Galactic Whipper is equipped with a stun setting that delivers a jolt of electricity to anything it comes into contact with. The wielder can quickly switch between the stun and lethal mode with a simple button press, providing flexibility in dealing with enemies that are either organic or robotic. Symbolism: While the Galactic Whipper may not have a deeper symbolic meaning, it represents the wild and unpredictable nature of the Star Wars universe. I got purple, which is sick cause it's also my favorite lightsaber color. For a lightsaber, I had the idea of a segmented whip which can change its form. The segments would attach or detach (when they detach that's when the blade is between the two segments). It's two main forms being a whip and a scythe considering the length of the hilt itself. The kyber crystal would be cracked to give it that wild energy look that Kylo Rens lightsaber has.

I got a yellow lightsaber. I like the idea of having the inside parts of the saber shown but protected, that way you can actually see how the light saber works and how it reacts in certain situations. Detailed with chrome the handle of the hilt is wrapped in a strong fabric for a good grip. The tip end is engraved with a pattern that looks similar to the Jedi temple when looking directly above it from a Birds Eye view. The top of the lightsaber is a very shallow cone, because I am quite clumsy and would rather not have the chance of burning myself. From the edges of the cone are blunt spikes that point inward, encircling the area where the yellow saber comes out. I kinda want to build a saber like that now :)

I got cyan/turquoise and for my saber I've always liked the idea of a long stick about the length of an umbrella or a cane with a twist dial that changes the blade length from half the size of the hilt all the way to 1.5 times the hilt length. Giving both short and long range capabilities, lots of balance, and various fighting styles

Great video. Loved the research you put into this and loved the quiz at the end. My lightsaber color was yellow according to your quiz, which is amazing since i've always like the yellow saber. As for lightsaber design, i imagine a hilt that is the length of Darth Maul's dual blade, and the blade would be twice as long as a typical blade. I've always been a fan of Sephiroth's Masamune so i'm drawing inspiration from it. Haven't been able to think up a design for the hilt but it would draw inspiration from my hmong heritage in some way.

I recieved a white blade. Ive always liked the idea of a LightAxe. A 3 foot long hilt with an elongated emitter mounted on the side powered by a Kyber crystal that cracked during the purification process so the energy fans out similar to a bearded axe. Paired with a cortosis-mesh shield for defense.

Okay so as hilts are supposed to be made for specific people (exept for the temple guardians) I decided to make one for a theoretical Vaapad user. The blade would look and serve like a Swordbreaker Parrying Dagger but without a crossguard (you can look this up if you don’t know what it is). It would be as thick as the darksaber with the blade coming out of a similar slit at the end. The material of the entire thing would have to be beskar for it to work as intended. The use of it would be the same as of a regular Swordbreaker but instead of being an offhand sidearm it is part of the hilt of a twohanded lightsaber. So in a duel situation the wielder would use the hilt to entrap the opponets blade when they go for a slash or an overhead attack. When the opponets blade is stuck in the beskar barbed comb teeth, the wielder can use their agressive Vaapad to push both blades into the opponent. This would make for a sight very much like when Windu was fighting Palpatine and he had that badass stare down moment. With the difference being that he would have way more blade to work with as Palpatines blade would be stuck way lower on Windu’s hilt. This giving him the opportunity to tilt down his blade and slicing Palpatine’s head in two. Again if you don’t understand what I’m waffling about please look up the Swordbreaker Parrying Dagger and hopefully you wil understand. The quiz is actually well thought out. I got Cyan, which is interesting as it's my preferred color for Jedi Survivor. I'd choose Cal Kestis' style of saber, but with High Republic materials/colors. I'd also choose Saber and Blaster form.

I've always wanted a bayonet lightsaber on a pistol or rifle, I like the idea of using both long and short range attacks. It would most likely look like the dark saber with a white outline. using a lightsaber as a stabbing weapon or to block incoming attacks just sounds plane out cool

How about a dual barreled hand cannon with the saber blade coming out of the middle of the barrels. Stole that from old school final fantasy.

This was a fun video and the quiz was pretty well put together. Ideally if I could have a custom lightsaber it would be pretty simple. White blade, Dooku’s duelling hilt in black with golden rim and pommel. I think simple is best, training and practice will get you where you need to be, all the fancy tricks only go so far in the face of dedication.

Got yellow which is what i was hoping for. My ideal lightsaber would have to be a white hilted cross guarded lightsaber with a longer hilt like a typical longsword. If i could an extendable and retractable metal alloy pole would be great to fix my lightsaber onto to act almost like a spear or sword staff. Additionally if possible the alloy staff on its own would be lightsaber resistant so is not to be instantly cut through if my opponent got around the blade and would also be helpful to fend them off with.

I got white, but I identify more with the sentinel. I think I’d probably be a mix between them. I always liked Dooku’s but I love the cross-guard. I would have a slightly curved hilt with a cross-guard so it allows me to get the reach I need and the defense I require.

@@Illustria more of a mix between a longsword and a scimitar, as there are no complete protection for the hand (like the basket shaped guard of the boadsword) and the curve on the grip is there to accentuate the possibility to perform certain moves with the twist of your handgrip, changing the aim of the tip of he blade (this weapon would probably be one designed to thrust better than slash, akin to a rapier, yeah, but rapiers have straight hilts). Anyway, such combination actually exists and was used in battle troughout history, though the crossguard quite probably wouldn't be as prominent as that of a longsword (it could be completely substituted for something akin to a basket, such as the broadsword you mentioned, a small plain rectangular bar, an S shaped bar or something that looked a bit like a smallsword hilt, etc). As a curious fact, take a look at the famous saber of Charlemagne. You'll see both the curved grip and the crossguard (though way smaller than that of a longsword, as I mentioned previously)

Certainly, here is my special design for a Star Wars lightsaber: Name: Shadow's Edge Crystal: Black Kyber Crystal Design: The hilt of the Shadow's Edge is made of a black metal material which appears to absorb all light that touches it, giving it an almost shadow-like appearance. The hilt is adorned with intricate engravings in Sith runes, making it look like a weapon of the Dark Side. The blade of the lightsaber is also black, with a dim red corona surrounding it, which is useful in dark environments. The blade appears to be unstable, giving it an erratic and dangerous look that matches the name. Features: The Shadow's Edge features a unique function other lightsabers do not have. By twisting the hilt of the lightsaber, the blade can be made to curve. This curvature allows for unique fighting styles, making it easier to disarm and outmaneuver opponents. Moreover, the twist also enables the lightsaber to switch from single blade to dual-blades, providing a greater range of combat flexibility. Symbolism: The Shadow's Edge is symbolic of the Dark Side, but with the capability to be used for good. The use of black kyber crystals represents the absence of light in a galaxy where the Jedi are often seen as the sole arbiters of peace and justice. The black color of the blade and hilt reflects the darkness that exists within the Force. The unstable blade and the curved hilt represent the unpredictability of the Dark Side. However, with proper training, a Jedi could use the power of a Shadow's Edge to defeat the forces of Darkness.

Imagine a lightsaber with 2 hilts and only one blade, so you can choose how much of the blade you want to expose. Something like thay would be ideal for stealth and mobility. I'd imagine it would look cool too, two hilts that separate in the middle and reveal the color of your blade sounds like a cool way to introduce yourself to an enemy. Somehow I also got 43 on the quiz, I just wanted purple and I end up getting the rarest 😭

I got Purple. I was hoping for White or Black as I think I align better with the known welders of those colors. But Purple’s description is pretty spot on if I really think on it. As for my ideal design for a Saber I would try to create something versatile. The main hilt design would be similar to the darksaber in that it would have a slanted hilt guard of a saber resistant material so as to protect my hands. But I would want the hilt to be able to switch between a regular hilt and a saberstaff. I kind of imagine a blade like the darksaber but with a slight curve to it, therefore creating a lightsaber Katana/Saber Naginata.

I scored a 48-55(a few questions I couldn’t pick between two answers) so I’m a white and yellow lightsaber wielder. My fighting style would be dual wielding utilizing Ataru and Makashi forms in combination. The white lightsaber would be made of Durasteel etching with beautiful swirling designs and a Beskar base. The yellow would be made of Brylark wood and Moonstone etchings.

My favored design would most likely resemble a crescent axe, however with a plasma blade. Including a spike on the end, and a darker color of metal, such as dark steel gray, with accent colors of black and red. Also containing an exposed kyber crystal (similar to Starkiller’s saber) which would be a cracked red crystal.

Here is my perfect design for a Star Wars lightsaber, based on the concept of balance. I name it "Equilibrium" and it has a White-Black Kyber Crystal. The hilt of the Equilibrium has a simple, elegant design, with clean lines and smooth curves. It is made of a unique, silver-metal alloy that glows with a faint, white light. The blade of the lightsaber is white at the hilt, fading to black at the tip. The white and black portions of the blade ripple and flow together, creating a mesmerizing effect. The overall design of the hilt and blade give a sense of balance and harmony. The Equilibrium has two main features. The first is that the length of the blade is adjustable, and the second is that the hilt can detach into two smaller lightsabers, allowing for the user to dual-wield. It represents the balance between the light and dark sides of the Force. The white portion of the blade represents the light side, while the black represents the dark side. The blade fades between white and black to represent the constant flow and balance between the two. The silver-metal alloy hilt represents the balance and harmony that can be achieved through understanding both sides of the Force. The detachable hilt represents the importance of flexibility and adaptation in a galaxy full of constant change and turbulence. Overall, the Equilibrium represents the perfect balance and harmony achieved through understanding the light and dark sides of the Force.

Yellow. My ideal lightsaber would be similar in ways to the first lightsaber Ezra Bridger made. I love the practicality and duality that comes from having blaster. I also love the hand guard aspect to it, though I would prefer a handle made out of beskar steel.and would add more of a cross guard on top.

Ideally an ergonomic, minimalist hilt. I’m drawn to the cylindrical, simple designs of Obi-Wan and Luke. Some lights matching the saber color (Cyan is what I got) are also appealing to me.

I always loved the colour of Luke’s lightsaber from a new hope which looked more like cyan than blue

My perfect lightsaber is a double bladed yellow lightsaber. Taking my inspiration from the Jedi temple guards, I love the bright aura and the sense of freedom it gives. The hilt would be a pristine polished silver.

i got green as my color as for my lighsaber design: a pair of baton lightsabers that's able to combine and fold into a 2 handed or single handed cross guard lightsaber along with a switching mechanism that's able to adjust the blade size, combine and fold into: a single handed lightsaber claw, a double handed forked/non-forked lightsaber, and has a mechanism to release energy blasts with the press of a hidden trigger when aiming towards the enemy.

Green is my color. My ideal lightsaber would be a split saber, being able to switch between single/double saber and dual sabers seems to have the best balance and give the most adaptability in fights. I like one like Cal Kestis’ that has the attachment point slightly off center so one hilt is a normal saber size and the other is shoto but I’d probably prefer a full size blade to that smaller hilt.

I took a test similar to this about a year ago. My score revealed that my color lightsaber is between purple & white. I scored 44 on this one. So my color lightsaber is turquoise/cyan. There are a few small differences between the two tests. However it can also mean that my beliefs have shifted slightly. Interesting 🤔

My optimal lightsaber blade is one which I like to call the Aetherblade. The most notable feature of my design would be an adjustable length mechanism. The way in which I imagine this to work is that a user can alter the blades length by twisting the hilts upper section. This is to allow for a change in fighting style depending on the opponent which I would face. For example, a shorter blade would be used for more agile movements and a longer blade perhaps to gain an advantage over opponents using shorter weapons made of Beskar. In this way, the adaptable nature of my blade would allow for a skilled master of the design to exploit any fight to be advantageous and capitalising on the weaknesses of the opponent. To add to this unique design, I would also try to incorporate a energy-shield projector. It would allow for me to adapt my fighting style into a more defensive manner. By pairing this with the ability to extend the blades lenght, it would allow me to defend more easily against blaster bolts and lightsaber strikes. Finally, id add force feedback sensors. These work by changing the intensity of the lightsaber and its stability according to the strength of the grip on the design and through certain hand movements, which in my mind makes me believe that I would be able to kind of fine-tune the lightsaber like a guitar to fight to the best of my ability in any duel. Not to mention, I love the way Count Dookus lightsaber looks, so I would also like a curved blade to aid with offensive capabilities and have a staff like-design where the bottom of the hilt can produce a highly unstable burst of energy which builds up over time. This unstable burst would act as a kind of lightsaber with the ability to cut through almost anything, extending very far and losing heat and intensity over larger distances. While this would heat up the hilt and with prolonged use damage the hilt itself, it adds a level of protection against ranged opponents as it can be used consecutively for a period of about 5 seconds before heating the hilt too much. The Kyber Crystal of it would transition between Purple and White, to accentuate both the understanding of the balance of the force but also the need of an understanding between the dark and light path of the force.

I'd say my ideal Lightsaber would be a sort of dual-bladed LightScythe. The hilt of the Scythe would also be able to split into 2 Light-Sickles, with Durasteel hilts with hints of Electrum. I think this would be cool as heck to see in action. Imagine having a staff with scythe blades on each end that then splits into 2 sickles. Awesome. I know this might be too much to ask, but for the design of the hilt, could you etch in a runic-esque font the name Thanatos (the name of the weapon). I ended up getting purple as my color, and it would be AMAZING to get this as a sort of birthday gift... (this is not a part of the request) ---> Imagine this thing as a Neo-Pixel saber too, though! Anyways I hope you do well and pass your finals, and Im wishing you well.

I got white, and my idea of a perfect design is a lot like ahsokas the simple Curved hilt and almost rectangular shape to it. I would, however, give it a simple guard like traditional katanas to protect the hand from slipping. I think the curve gives more options for unorthodox attacks and attack ranges. And it also feel a bit more form fitting shape in the hand. I would also give it a type of rap along to give it more comfort in the hand.

I got white. I've always loved the tonfa lightsabers but wished there was an option for the saber to come out the other end as well. I've also loved the idea of duel wielding one large saber in your main hand and a much smaller one in the off hand similar to a rapier and parrying dagger

I got a blue lightsaber, I struggle between whether I fit better with the single hilt or the double bladed, but I do like the double bladed lightsaber. I don't care much for a super fancy design or features, just it being double bladed with a simple design made from a special material is good enough for me. This was a most excellent video! :)

My ideal lightsaber has changed since the last time. It's a crossguard saber but unlike most canon designs, the quillions are pointed 45 degrees upwards like a claymore. The hilt would be made of Phrik and a touch of Electrum. It can also telescope out to become twice as long for more reach. The focusing lens inside is a bronze Rubat Crystal, producing a trio of strong, reliable blades with a dual-phase function. When ignited, this allows the main blade to to go from 16 inches to 50 inches. And the two side blades from 6 inches to 16 inches. That way, when the blades and hilt are both at full length, you essentially have a lightsaber zweihander. Edit: Grammer

Personally I wouldn't have the crossguard be made out of plasma, but phrik (wouldn't want to cut my fingers off by accident) , along with a slightly longer phrik hilt than the guard, allowing you to hold it in thumb-grip, which opens up a lot of possibilities.

I got the color white, and I think that a white, curved hilt, broad saber with one forewarn cross guard would be very cool looking, and though I doubt it would be practical, it would look epic.

Got white in this quiz and the reasoning given for it really fits. Usually with whatever other quiz I’ve don’t I either get green or blue but this quiz is really well put together, most others just have a bunch of movie related and quirky questions

One day I found out that there is a special Lightsaber crystal called a Ghostfire Crystal that makes the blade both nearly invisible and nearly soundless. That’s when I came up with my own lightsaber design. It is basically a Lightpike with a hilt about 1 meter or 3 feet long, preferably made out of Phrik if possible, with 2 blade emitters on either end. Since Ghostfire crystals are so extremely rare I think it’s realistic to assume that getting only one is hard enough. Therefore although there are 2 emitters it is likely that only one blade can be produced out of either end. Here’s what makes the design unique aside from the crystal. One emitter is normal while the other is angled 90 degrees, creating what can be best described as either a scythe or a sickle. The idea being that I would use Tràkata to its fullest potential. Not just by surprising my opponent by making them believe that I’m using a simple metal rod, but also by switching between the different blades. After all even if they figure out that the blade is invisible they wouldn’t expect it to suddenly disappear and be replaced with another one that is angled 90 degrees. The fact that you don’t have to worry about edge alignment and that you can easily catch and sever limbs with it only makes it better. Especially considering that you can get around your opponent guard with clever maneuvers and trickery. Using the Force to augment the metal hilt as well could allow for devastating power blows. Vodo-Siosk Baas was able to do that with a wooden quarterstaff and it could both block Lightsabers and break rocks.

My perfect lightsaber would have three blades, and I call it the Y-Guard. It takes a typical single-bladed lightsaber and adds a reverse-facing blade on one side, with a third prong at an acute angle above the second blade. The goal of this lightsaber is to be an actually functional cross-guard.

Yellow was the color I got, however.. Finding an accurate saber color for me is difficult as my entire personality is built on not caring. Doesn’t matter if it’s good or bad, I would just prefer not getting roped into conflicts I have nothing to do with. Doesn’t matter to me who hates me and who likes me, at the end of the day we will all be dying at some point. I won’t waste my precious moments in life holding a grudge or being completely consumed by my emotions, good or bad. I’ll do what I can to help people, but if I see that it’s too tall a task, I’ll do my best to guide whoever I’m helping to a proper source of aid.

I got Purple, makes sense for me and my ideal lightsaber design is a tri-blade, with the prongs shaped like a TIE Phantom. I know the giveaway is almost definitely not available but I think that would be cool, and also the size difference between the prongs can extent depending i what I need.

My ideal lightsaber design would be claws on your hands like wolverine's adamantium claws but just lightsaber instead. You would have to wear beskar protection and the activator switch would be placed on your handpalm so this actually would kinda be a lightsaber glove.

Interestingly got the White color. This actually makes sense with a character that I've made up in my head recently; a masterless Force Acolyte that hunts for and studies the artifacts of both the Jedi and the Sith, basically a self-taught force user. A White blade would indicate that they succeeded in becoming dark enough to bleed a kyber crystal, yet still being good enough of a being to purify it right after. My perfect lightsaber for this character would be one that has a vent on the opposite side of the hilt, as the crystal is cracked and/or unstable from be combined method of bleeding and purification.

I got yellow and my ideal design for a lightsaber would be a double bladed one, but the middle is stuck between the two staff halves to disguise it when out. I figured if you need to hide you are a force wielder then do it in style, with the staff being used in defense but when the halves come off it reveals itself as a lightsaber, when powered down it returns into its walking staff form.

I was skeptical of the quiz, but yellow is actually a pretty good match for me

I work in the Martial Arts industry, and a few other instructors are also Star Wars fans, we’ve discussed lightsabers as a result. I think the type that would best fit me that you don’t see very often in Star Wars, would be one of two options that I prefer in the Martial Arts industry. Both of which, likely in a Yellow color as a Jedi Sentinel. One, a lightsaber pike, like you see in Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. The naginata and various spears are favorites, and something I’m use to. Two, a form of long lightsaber/greatsaber. Larger/longer blades are another favorite of mine, and fit my taller frame quite well. Plus the larger handle is always good for better leverage.

Best fit for me would definitely be the yellow lightsaber. I’m an engineer and a chemist, I’d be the one to use unconventional methods in the setting. As for weapon style, the regular lightsaber doesn’t fit me as well. So I’d use a spear, a shield and saber combo or a modified double bladed sword(longer middle section for more range and flexibility with the grip. Also the middle section would have to be lightsaber resistant)

I light Lance with a cross guard emitters about half a foot away from the primary emitter and at the bottom of the Lance another small emitter the hilt itself, would be made entirely out of Beskar and coated with cortosis. The hilt would also be about 6 feet long with the primary blade being another 4 feet, the cross guards, being 1 foot and the bottom blade being 2 feet in length of four blades, admitting a black core red blade.

My perfect lightsaber design would be similar to my all-time favorite: Count Dooku’s. The epitome of elegance and class, while still being iconic and menacing, I feel that the Star Wars universe could use a dark-side version of a Lightsaber Rapier

I got purple as my lightsaber blade, and I have a really unique lightsaber idea. I would first chop off my arm and replace it with a mechanical arm. The thing is; the arm itself is the lightsaber. And adding onto that, the energy from the crystal gets spread out and splits up among multiple blades coming out of my knuckles, similar to wolverine's claws. I would also be able to direct where the energy flows, so I can create either multiple smaller blades or direct the energy into one longer blade. Although this isn't very practical in a lightsaber duel, it for sure is super cool to have lightsaber wolverine claws! Also, like how you called Rey "Skywalker" by her actual name at 10:09

If I were to design my own lightsaber, I would have created it like Cal Kestis's is: a double bladed which can be used also be used as two different sabers. As for the length, I would have wanted one to be long and one to be short, so I could adapt myself to any situation, but not as The lightsabers of Ahsoka in the Clone Wars were, a bit longer so it will be easy to hold. I would also created a switch to make the blade, when the saber is not parted into two sabers, like the one of Kylo Ren had so my opponents won't try to lock sabers with me (poor Finn on The Force Awakens 😢😢😢). And if I had the money, I would like it to be made of Beskar, so that all this great details and work won't go to waste in a second😂😂. As for the color, I would habe picked turquoise. It is the most elegant one

My perfect lightsaber is literally just a modified darksaber… I know, very unique but as someone who has been actually been trained in sword combat the darksaber with a longer handle and actually cross guard made out of some lightsaber resistant metal is the perfect saber. But also another design that I think would be even better for me is a yellow light spear. Kind of like the beskar spear mando used but with a lightsaber at the end, believe me I’m really good with a spear

I like to think i would be some sort of Grey Jedi as such i would have a double bladed saber that could detached into a shotosaber and a variable length saber. Its default colors would be purple and orange fading towards red as a warning that i was struggling against the dark side but brightening to yellow and blue and finally pure white as i open my self more fully to the light side of the force . The handle(s) would have flexible metal bands so that the saber(s) could be attached to a limb above or below the knee or elbow for storage or forearm and wrist for combat

My ideal lightsaber would be a lightsaber with a Belgian grip (similar to a pistol grip). It allows a fine control of the blade for quick and powerful thrusting attacks. It would be less adequate for parrying but my lightsaber would be equiped with guard assembly made of cortosis. Every strike toutching the guard would redirect it's energy to the lightsaber itself. The energy is then disipated, stored, or used to boost temporarly the lenght of the lightsaber. The grip itself would be carved in a vulptex teeth. Being organic, it would allow a better transmition of the force between the user and the lightsaber. Using a *REDACTED* gem, the blade would be light yellow. This lightsaber would require a great knowledge of the techniques to be used properly because it can't be used in defence against another lightsaber. It also advantage an agressive aproach. Unfortunately, this lightsaber was made between the era of the protosabers and the era of the lightsabers. It as a limited power cell allowing only a limited time of use. The cortosis guard is then useful to extand the autonomy of the lightsaber but you can also plug an energy backpack to the bottom of the grip like a protosaber. You can vary the lenght of the blade between 50 and 120 cm but after a strike on the guard, you can overload the blade to 150 cm. When in need of a great cutting power, the guard could extend up to the forearm, transforming what was a "fleuret" lightsaber into a "katar" lightsaber. Restricting enormously the agility but giving a great cutting force. I would use this lightsaber with a phrik swordbreaker dagger allowing me to capture my ennemy lightsaber.

This comes from an old design I had when I was TFA came out, but it was almost a lightsaber shield, having a Phrik or beskar plus shaped hilt with crossguards and blades coming out of all ends of the plus, creating sort of a shield, held onto by an additional grip to hold onto it. My ideal blade color would also be yellow, so it'd be yellow too. You could throw it with the force like Captain America's shield, or use it to block blows from an enemy. Weird idea, but a lightsaber shield would be cool, and this is what I thought of

I think that the best option for black is a separate bleeding process, I believe that black sabers such as the dark saber are made through pouring your determination and sadness into the crystal

I scored 60, so yellow color (and quite close to green actually. My prediction was to be placed in either of these two color categories) My chosen stance was Makashi, as I tend to rely a lot on simplicity and precision. So a bent hilt would probably do me justice here. I also wouldn’t go overboard when it comes to intricate designs and overly advanced blade mechanisms/systems. I’m more of a purist in that regard. The hilt material would be Phrik because of it being very lightweight. However I do like the reflective and damage resistant quality of beskar, so it would be interesting to have the hilt plated in beskar. This way it’s better protected from strikes, while maintaining a low weight thanks to the exoskeleton structure made from Phrik. I’d probably dress it up with a dark walnut leather handgrip. It keeps a nice earthy theme going in combination with the yellow blade, while also being reminiscent of the shiny and clean vibe of the Sentinels. And as a bonus it keeps nasty fingerprints away from the beskar lol

Got Yellow... which I was feeling yellow or yellow-green prior to the quiz, and I would likely relate more with someone like Bendu, who walks the middle. I always liked Dooku's hilt, but flatter, like Ashoka's white sabers. The piece on Dooku's that runs under the activated blade would instead be a single-side lightsaber cross guard 45 degrees forward. It would be carried attached to a band on the forearm of the off hand. The band itself would be capable of producing an energy shield, much like a Viking style shield. When the shield is activated and the lightsaber attached, in place of where the metal boss on the Viking shield would be, the lightsaber would rotate the cross guard to extend a short blade perpendicular of the shield. This would allow me to take cover, cover allies, and return blaster fire as well as charge enemies with devastating effect. Once in CQB, I could detach my lightsaber from my off hand forearm while still maintaining the energy shield via the band (but without the protruding saber), the single-side cross guard would rotate back to 45 degrees forward, the main blade would activate, and I could battle with the full length lightsaber and shield.

My ideal lightsaber would be a curved hilt lightsaber. Dark blues steel exterior with electrum trim. The grip would be halfway down the hilt on the first curve. The emitter would have a long diagonal shroud. Towards the switch would be a window revealing the yellow kyber crystal inside.

I got purple for my lightsaber, as a Soresu user, I would choose a double bladed lightsaber for maximum defensive capability, and the hilt would be one like the darth mauls saber as well as being able to attach and detach like mauls second lightsaber (rebels)

I have named my own lightsaber Celestial Balance that has a Rainbow Kyber Crystal. The hilt of the Celestial Balance is made of polished silver, with intricate gold filigree swirling around it. The crystal chamber is visible through a clear window, allowing one to see the rainbow kyber crystal within. The overall design of the hilt gives the impression of a galaxy full of swirling stars and planets. The blade of the lightsaber transitions between colors of the rainbow, rising through the spectrum as the blade lengthens. Each color of the blade has a unique sound, giving a harmonious hum that echoes with the Force. The Celestial Balance features an adjustable blade length, which can be extended or shortened depending on the situation. This makes the Celestial Balance versatile in battle, allowing for precise cuts or wide swings as needed. The lightsaber can also be used to alter the environment around the user; with a focused Force push or pull, the blade can manipulate its elements in a small way, making it possible to push objects out of the way or create space to maneuver. The Celestial Balance is symbolic of the unity between light and dark; the rainbow kyber crystal, the most elusive of all kyber crystals, represents the harmony between all aspects of the Force. The silver color of the hilt symbolizes the balance between light and dark, while the gold filigree represents the intricate interplay between the two. The transitioning colors of the blade represent the endless possibilities available to those who can balance the light and dark sides of the Force. The sounds of the blade harmonize in a balance of light and dark energy, reflecting the perfect balance that can be achieved through the Jedi path. Overall, the Celestial Balance symbolizes the unity and power that can be achieved through understanding and balance.

58 - yellow I'd probably have two sabers that can be combined into a double bladed one, with a silver and black handle, but with some blood-red decorative aspects. I kind of also like the idea of a lightsaber scythe having a silver handle with black aspects and a kind of red vine-like decorative aspect wrapping around the top half of the handle from the top where the blade is. Idk I just think it'd look cool

So as a design id go with a blaster similar to a Flint lock pistol grip , the light saber would be on the bottom and the barrel of the blaster on top so you could still some what aim, use the red saber so the red blaster round blends in with it too but have the red in the shape of a dark saber.

My lightsaber has a gold crystal, which is a sentinel who is conflicted when harvesting the crystal and is in force unleashed one. The hilt is made primarily out of Beskar, gold and a melted down ancient Jedi force sword. The sword was red, so the coolers are metallic, golden and scarlet. The lightsaber itself is a split saber like cal kestis’. The length of a single blade can increase in size. It also has vents built into the hilt that can give the lightsabers cross guards. The crystal is cracked when part of the most powerful kyber crystal (forgot the name 😂) collided and fused with it. In some instances, usually when the user of the saber gets enraged or extremely conflicted, the saber gets a black outer edge, with the original gold blade in the middle. The crossguard is three vents instead of two (so 6 in total) and can point into the main blade to increase its power far enough when, if all power is put into one single blade, can short circuit lightsabers and, when empowered with the users force abilities, can cut through beskar. There are 4 crystals instead of 2, as the modification that allows a lightsaber to ignite underwater needs an extra crystal and this saber has 2 blades. The lightsaber can absorb light and dark side energy to either increase the power of the blade or activate the 2 broken ghost fire crystals inside the lightsaber, rendering the blade invisible and silent. The lightsaber, when split, can be inserted into a modified version of the clone commando blaster and lightsaber rifle. Instead of relying on the crystal alone, this blaster also can function without the lightsaber inserted. The blaster produces green blaster bolts without the lightsaber, which is the most powerful colour anyway. With the saber inserted, the bolts are half green, half gold. They too obtain a black edge when the user is enraged or extremely conflicted and turn silent and invisible when the ghost fire crystal shards are activated. In my own story that I wrote, the lightsaber got broken into pieces. However, after the main character went through a lengthy meditation dream world, he managed to turn the broken pieces into a light bow, which uses arrows of light concentrated and contained by the force. My perfect lightsaber design would look like a normal saber staff like Maul's first lightsaber. However, the main emitter would be a crossguard lightsaber, and the blade would have the ability to split into 2 blades. And the 2nd hilt would be a double bladed lightsaber that could be wielded with one hand, allowing for easy parries from front and behind. And with an easy way to switch between either blade or both blades, allowing me to throw the opponent off guard with attacks when I see an opening. And of course, using the double bladed hilt for a saber throw when needed for ranged attackes. And based on the quiz, I have white and yellow, as I got 53 on the nose. Perhaps the crossguard would be the white blade and the double bladed hilt would be the yellow blade

We both have really unique ideas for sabers 😂, I want a dual sided saber aswell but one side I want a giant executioner axe blade so I can cut through droids or an enemy and keep my distance and the second emiiter I want a super long pike blade to use for duels and to keep my distance, I want the pike to be able to split from my sword almost like a shoto blade so basically a pole axe, I got 53 but I'm gonna take yellow since a yellow cracked krystal axe would menacing

Got 52 = white crystal. Definitely fitting for me, I usually tend to lean towards green/white. Have to say it was really enjoyable vid. Planning to do similar, but aimed more towards the colours and the theory behind them, more than the lore base :) As for my design, I was always intrigued by the pikes, long handle makes it easier to keep the attacker of you, especially combined with my favourite Ataru form to keep myself agile and moving. Though the weakness for me was always the middle of the pike, which I though could be reinforce with a half exposed saber beam in the middle of the handle. I would limit the holding to only tight grip (max range) or wide grip to avoid injury, but the guard sheathing hald of the beam on the side of my body would allow for athletic maneuvers/leaning the pike on my body. Definitely a hard/semi-reckless weapon, but I feel like it would suit my personality.

I got an orange crystal as for what type of saber I would use I would see myself as a duel weilder with the main saber being able to switch to a double ended staff. The second saber would be a shorter blade in the style that would be used by a Youngling. If I had a third type of weapon or just used a throwing weapon it would have three curved grips that would be thrown and moved through the air with the force.

I once take a few tests for my lightsaber color and hilt, I got an Orange and Double Bladed, so I made a design in my head, it's kinda like Darth Malgus's saber with the blades on the hilt but they would be slightly longer and the hilt is slightly longer so I can use the hilt like an axe for when I don't feel like using my lightsaber blades.

I got a Turquoise Lightsaber. As far as my preferred lightsaber design, I’d like a short sword as speed and acrobatics would be my preferred force skills, so a shorter lightsaber would be easier to wield with that in mind.

My perfect saber would probably be a curved one, like dooku’s. I love the design and the curved hilt would allow for more precise strikes. I’ve always toyed with the fact of having the end of the curved hilt being sharp, almost like a dragon tooth curved look to the hilts end. This way I have another weapon on the opposing side of my hilt, and when my saber is off, it actually can act like some kind of knife. Sith rule, so the blade would definitely be red, the crimson color would do well to strike fear into enemies. The hilt would be dark, not completely black, but very dark. I would have a scroll wheel on the saber as well, to allow saber length to be animated at will. I would also have a small hatch on the concave side of the curved hilt in order to allow quick and easy access to the kyber crystal if need be.

I got cyan! However I am always been more drawn to the yellow sabers. My perfect lightsaber, is a mix between a double-sided pike-saber but also a pole stick. It will be condensed down to the size of a normal lightsaber then can be expanded to just be used to fight, but then both ends are able to activate a shorter pike lightsaber. It would also be made out of Phrik to help it be residence to other sabers. The idea is a jedi knight who always wanted to be a Jedi Sentinal/Guard but then the Clone Wars and Order 66 happened, this led them down a dark path and having to find the force again.

I got the blue lightsaber. Which is great since blue is my favorite color! Ideally, I think I'd like a lightsaber that could function as a single blade, and a double blade, and also have another off-hand lightsaber for dual wielding purposes. I'd have a sleek design in mind during the building process. For lore reasons I think I would be working toward a green saber, though I doubt I'd ever develop the temperance, patience, and wisdom for the status of a counselor.

My preferred lightsaber has got to be a spear saber. The spear would be made of beskar and I could sling it around my back. It would also have the ability to detach from the shaft to just become a regular saber. Obviously I could adjust the size. The actual blade handle separate from the spear shaft would be similar to obi wans lightsaber. And leather wrapping on parts of the shaft would be cool

I got a classic blue saber for the quiz. Seems about right for me tbh. You know what a really baller lightsaber would be? Imagine a curved, indigo lightsaber shaped a bit like a katana. The cutting edge would be the lightsaber part, and the back side would be beaker to let you parry opponents’ blades.

49 White... Which curiously enough explains a lot For the hilt (or rather hilts as i would use a splitsaber) 1. I'd go with a crossguard saber simmilar to Stellan Gios's lightsaber but I'd try to make it out of beskar (i love the design of the hilt except the pommel) 2. For the other side of the hilt I'd go with a more minimalist design like Quinlan vos's lightsaber also made of beskar I would most likely use them as separate blades unless i was going to use it like a double ended saber so i would use 2 holsters. The first (the one with the crossguard on a concealed holster on the back of my belt and the second in a holster for either leg)

I believe the Darksaber's black color represents self mastery. I'm not sure if this applied to any other martial arts, but in the one I learned (Ninpo) my teacher said the belts represented your innocence/growth. White is where you start, like a transparent glass. As that glass is filled, it adopts color (in our case, there was green) as imperfection. When you achieved black, it was like that glass being purified or "reborn". Black is all the colors in one. So I think the Darksaber represents something similar. Purification and mastery of the self. Whereas white in canon is a lightsaber that was bled and "healed", maybe black is that but for the individual instead. Black is also often seen as a "mature" color, and in that way, could represent a Mandalorian's honor from an innocent foundling, to a disciplined, respected ruler. Hope my analogy makes sense :)

I got blue as for my ideal lightsaber it would be almost that of a samurai like hilt but straight with a connecting function to combine my twin lightsabers into one double bladed lightsaber like Cal Kestis's that way I can switch from single blade, double blade to dual wielding at a moments notice.

I really had to go back for some of the questions, since I really wanted to be sure of my answers. I got Green, although I've always desired a color changing blade (maybe they'd all combine into white because, light). I can also see myself using a lightsaber in an intuitive dance, the Force guiding my steps. The natural world is of great importance to me, and I was 2 points short of Brown. I don't know what hilt I would want, maybe it would change with each new dance.

My light saber design would include the less seen guard shoto. (I had it on my saber kit as a kid before some random kid swung it at a tree and shattered the plastic blade base) orange blade color. Didn't think I'd end up being a yellow saber user at first, but strangely enough, part of me figured that would be the case. Interesting to see that my personality lines up pretty well with it too

Turquoise crystal with the hilt being slightly ported to ensure if saber to saber lock ups happen i use the heat emitting from my saber to my advantage. With a round pommel at the end that can temperarly stun my opponents so i can regroup and focus on how their fighting style can be used to my advantage. I try my best to avoid conflicts but will stand my ground if need be, even if im losing. But that wont mean im gonna try to get a few decent hits in.

Cyan Blade. I would either have a really long blade with a Knight's crossguard hilt OR a slender rectangular blade with a variable strength field emitter so I can make the blade curve.

I scored a 43 so Turquoise was my color! My ideal hilt would be a hilt along the lines of Cal's versatile saber that could be used in multiple ways, dual sided, single blade, or double blade while being made out of Beskar.

I got white, which is a surprise to me. Also, Vader’s Fortress, I have seen 2 other lightsaber color videos, and this one is the best. Plus, the quiz makes it even better
