doesnt make sense...

if u notice, alisson's position is slightly more forward from the goal line, that's the ideal position gk should be. he can maintain in that position for a long time, that's why he is a harder gk to beat from any kind of attacking situation. and by that, he doesn't have to pull up an acrobatic save, his positioning is already too good to handle any kind of shot.

Totally agree! That is an intelligent observation. I noticed how "easy" Alison makes some of his saves look and when you watch keenly, you'll noticed that he's always well positioned. Another strength of his, is his ability to read when to stay and when to come out... it's understated but in many cases, it makes the difference

Alisson makes every save so easy, also I just realised why he's slower is because he's giant

As a brazilian, they're both great to me. Alisson is better at using his hands, while Ederson is better at using his feet, altough both by a small margin. They're both great goalkeepers, and there should be no discussion about that! I do prefer Alisson as he was always my GK idol, and I was always inspired by him. :)

Distro - Ederson Goalkeeping ability- Alison Different horses for different courses. Pep would chose other keepers over Allison like Ramsdale for there comfort at feet and kicking ability. And Klopp would choose other keepers over Ederson for presence, crosses and shot stopping. Both are top keepers in the leauge all round but at that level goalkeeping syles need to suit styles of play.
