Alinco DX-70T all mode ham radio 100 watts
This is the Alinco DX-70T(H) all mode HF transceiver. The H stands for "high power version" (100 watts RF). It is capable of USB, LSB, AM. FM and CW.
This radio covers 1.6 to 54 MHz for the receiver, and all ham bands plus 6 meter for the transmitter.
It is compact in size and well made. The receiver is equipped with both standard and narrow bandwidth for SSB, CW and AM. All internal frequencies are derived from a single high-stability master oscillator (TCXO).

Version T is 100 or 10W on 6 m band ?
Selling mine was a huge mistake. Running split was so easy.
This was my first HF radio, I still have it and will never part with it I don't think! The audio reports I get on this, just using the standard fist mic, are always great. Mine has the dodgy multifunction encoder issue which I have learned to live with but if I find a replacement part I'll definitely get it sorted. If anyone knows of a supplier.... 😁
fantastic radio 73 from kb2uew
t= 10 watts on 6m th = 100 w on 6m plus few minor changes
Are these radios still repairable? The reason I am asking is a friend of mine passed away and they gave me this radio. If they can be repaired if needed who does this work.
I got one used 20 years ago for about $450. Back in my Tech days. I got it for 6m. I mad a LOT of 6meter SSB and AM contacts in the 2000-2001 cycle peak.
against noise you should use ssb 1 khz narrow built in filter....i would wish to see it also

I ran a high traffic 3 hour net with one of these 2 days a week for years.
Don't forget it has a squelch and it works in SSB... which is wonderful..as is the noise blanker. Very Good 6M reciever and transmitter ! TH model has 100 W on 6M... excellent push button QRP too !
One of the truly great radios... and the price is right.
That was my first HF radio... Loved that thing.
That would be great for a portable emergency radio.
One of the Best HF mobiles made very tough radio had one for over 23yrs it’s been all over Europe been exposed to extreme heat cold and vibration in my truck only fault is the MULTI FUNCTION switch people say the NB dose not work well yes it works better on SSB when you turn the AGC to slow the radio can be turned up to 150w but it dose run very hot I had mine turned to 90w and ran happily pair it upto the EDX2 and a random wire and it’s a great set and any mic sounds great on it to I run a sure 572b on mine sounds great
