Hahahaha those cute sounds when she moves the ribbon and the stick! It's actually funny, but it's impossible to train at home unless you have a high-ceiling room or a empty place where you can actually move the ribbon without breaking some of your mom's porcelains or hitting the chandelier...

@Dancelema i dont have any rg experience at all. which is very surprising for some ppl. it took me about a week or so to learn the basic ribbon moves. doesnt take long. its the funnest thing ever! :)

@halkonyat It looks like shes doing a crazy 8 kinda thing. Like make a sideways 8 in the air... Idk though I don't do gymnastics but I'm in colorguard

Try to keep your wrist high and not low . Its may be tricky at first needs some practice

Don’t try amazon the ribbons are not real, if you want a good quality ribbon try pastorelli or sasaki or any Rithmic gymnastics site

in competition it has to be at least 6 meters. just children are allowed to use smaller ones.

that girl was in my ballet studio apperantly she had started late and she still got the highest prised clothes and i was way better but since she was older the teach thought that she was better until they saw her dance she got back to leel to and me to level 13 im flexible and ive been in more than 7 things like hip hop,gymnastics,riythmnic gymnastics,ballet,flaminco,modern,lyrical,jazz and even more
