The indictment is for 34 violations of Penal Law §175.10, all of which are beyond the statute of limitations. It is being prosecuted under the assertion that these records were falsified to conceal another crime. The exact phrase "commit another crime" appears 34 times in the indictment, but nowhere does if as much as hint what this "other crime" is.Please explain what other crime is involved.
