Chinese customer service is generally appalling.

funny enough I bought a R36S and I loved it. I bought it from the same store as you and I had it for less than a week and it would not boot up one day. Blue light was on but a black screen. I looked everywhere for a solution but it seems to be a thing according to what I found on Reddit. So with no solution I asked for a refund and backed it up with pictures because I had put pictures of it working in my feedback review. Within a couple of days, I was told the solution was a full refund. Just waiting for it to come back to my bank. I thought it was handy just to tell you about my experience. Maybe you could do a video on a solution to a bootup issue on the R36S? I'm in two minds whether to buy another.

Looks like you requested a full refund and didn't return the item so it was rightfully denied. I've asked for a partial refund through Aliexpress system a few times and my requests were accepted every time. No issues at all.
