In Ben 10 reality no, since Celestialsapian has been managing the literal omniverse from outside spacetime. Now if you touch in media outside of Ven 10.....kinda need some advanced eldritch shit to make them think twice. Possibly an reality housing something that can end them like an ant possibly as Meta to the true God of the Bible, and realistically would need some money and corporate company collaboration to make a cross over similar to generator Rex and Ben 10. I rather not say anything about the reboot due to some.....messy things with that and newer cartoon network shows.

@@ZDTF Alien X is a 26 dimensional being that lives in a seperate space and reality where time and space are invalid and it’s a seperate dimension. Alien X also doesn't have seperate timelines or universes, he lives outside of them. It’s not about being in a different universe. There’s no varients of him in any other universe. There’s only the domain that he lies in already. Plus the character is author level. He can rewrite anything he seems fit and will always have time to do it as he will not be harmed. The fact of the matter is that we won’t do any of this because either his two personalities will agree that there is no probable cause to act, or they’ll never come to a decision and Alien X would just remain in limbo(or in this case, Ben would, while alien X is just sitting idle). Wasn’t till later that Ben did get full control over Alien X but hasn’t really exorcized is right to use him. Just once against another of his species in omniverse but nothing else.

He won and did gain control, but the split personalities aren't gone from there. They are still there. Also they know about how to truly use the power of alien X better than ben and ben doesn't and this makes it problematic for ben to use the full power of alien X. Yes he was creative with the infinite cloning and creating a blackhole to trap the champion, but not creative enough to use the full power of alien X.
