Part of it’s because he’s using a filter to make it look smoother. I also own it on GBA and it still looks pretty good without the filter!

I played the PS2 version of this to death, could do half the game in a single life, then a steeeeep difficulty curve, the last boss was stupid hard. Great game, Great nostalgia

Same, I managed to beat the game one time with zero deaths and it got me a 900’000 play score... I probably could have gotten the million if I just sat around and killed enemies as they respawn endlessly, but I didn’t wanna risk dying and ruining the whole thing

Man, I really love this game. When I got the version for the GBA, I played it non stop, and it was really satisfying to beat the final boss before losing all my lives. It was just long enough to be a substancial game, but short enough to play in one sitting if you had the time. It was just made for a portable game. Only downside would be the minigames, they're not anything to write home about, but the rest definitely compensates for that.

Gosh i didnt knew this game was that old!

My favorite part of this game is when you can ride the giant yetti and the yetti eats the red soldiers very cool!!

Should say No Death since our boy Alien Hominid is a 1 hitpoint wonder and dies if someone throws a hat at him too hard.

when i was a kid i always wanted to sit in helicopter or tank and destroy everything it was my best wish, but later i found out that its impossible xD

Huh...seems more than half the boss roster was cut for the GBA version. Well, guess you gotta make sacrifices to fit the game on the limited cartridge.

I almost finished this with no game overs and I was a huge disadvantage against the beefy alien hominid mainly becuz I was playing on a crappy emulator

The GBA version just looks funny to me idk why

I don't why people taking strange about the GBA vr still looks the best filter ever made in GBA unlike other games had missed up filter and OST like earthworm Jim and comic zone even Rayman advance looks bad in the music unlike this looks smooth with great music

Is it just me or is the GBA game easier than the PS2 game? I swear, that tapioca boss was so annoying because you never got enough leg room to avoid the hands and his vomit while you’re trying to shoot that hydrant! God I hate him! Plus, I think they give you more grenades here than in the PS2 game.
