I was a teenager in high school and had those nightmares with Paralysis. During the lunch period, a group of us would talk about it. My aunt gave me a prayer so I could say it before sleeping. I would also clear chairs from the side of the bed that I slept at. During the nightmare, I would push myself off the bed, and when I would hit the concrete , and then I would wake up. It got to the point where I could wake myself up. Now,it failed sometimes, so I had the back up plan to fall of the bed. I did get the best results from my aunts prayer. 23:26

The evidence of the ET presence in the world is becoming overwhelming... sightings of craft, testimonies from abductees, military reports... This documentary has got some things wrong. First, sleep paralysis is not a disorder. It's a natural thing that happens to all of us to prevent us from acting out our dreams. It's a safety mechanism. It's not something that needs to be treated. And certainly not with a pill. We are always too quick to reach for a pill to solve our problems. Sometimes a person will wake up during this phase of sleep. If this happens they should remain calm, focus their breath, try to move small muscles such as a finger and visualize positive images and avoid panic. This will help them navigate the experience more smoothly. Sleep paralysis and alien abductions are two different things. The one doesn't explain the other.

Sleep paralysis.I get it from time to time.Your imagination kick's in when you get stuck nodding of to sleep . That's when the paralysis kicks in and your imagination runs wild. It's hard to snap out of this when your trapped in the paralysis. I've managed to control it when it happens to me. I talk to myself to stay calm until I can bring myself out of paralysis.,My experience.✌️

The more videos that are being made these days as well as the paranormal ghost videos seem to be more centered to be disinformation videos than informative. Mixing people's dreams with actual encounters. There is an amazing amount of effort to pervert people's dreams and actual events. If you ever watch Haunt TV it seems like they overdo the actual events but hey if they didn't sensationalize the events then people just wouldn't watch their videos. There's roughly 7 billion people on this planet so if aliens and UFOs are real then everyone would have a story but there's not 7 billion people telling stories about UFOs sleep paralysis and abductions.
