Hi! The plugin copies and pastes all the customer's info so you don't need to do it manually. This is one of the best features of the plugin. After the redirect to AliExpress the plugin fills in all the fields, not me. I should have emphasized that better. As it's shown in the video: kzread.info/dash/bejne/lGaIrLOel7Kehc4.html , the plugin fills in address and other information. I was just watching and recording a screen video and after the plugin had finished his job I clicked "Place order". That's how it works!

Hi! There is no such plugin unfortunately as it's a responsibility of AliExpress. So the only solution is to find one reliable supplier and work with one supplier.

Hi! I'm afraid that's not something that can be changed through interface by switching toggles but I went deeper and found a way to do it via editing .css file. If you know what is it or you are ready to dig in, I can tell that to change in style sheets of your site to hide this number. Are you ok with editing CSS on your site?

Hi! These emails will get into inbox folder. Your mail will be placed in "spam" only after(if) you will perform actions that are counted as spamming for the mailing systems. Your brand new mail is safe. So don't worry about that.

Hi! You can use Astra for AliDropship but to create a dropshipping website, you will need to start your site over after installing the AliDropship plugin. So maybe it's better to create another site if you want to keep the existing one.

Hi! We've tested the following themes to be compatible with AliDropship: Flatsome, Shopper, Shopkeeper, Storefront. These themes we can recommend without hesitation. If your site works on one of those themes, you don't have anything to worry about and can just add AliDropship Plugin to your site. As for other themes, we can't guarantee that they will be fully compatible. I've also heard that some of our clients have built their AliDropship store on Astra theme but then again, I can't recommend it to you as I don't know for sure it's going to work fine all the time. Hi! There is no need to contact sellers if you don't want to. Once you have received an order, you go to AliDropship => Orders, find the order and click Place order automatically to proceed with processing your order. The plugin will visit AliExpress and fulfill the order for you automatically: select necessary product variation, add items to your shopping cart and fill your customer’s shipping details on the checkout page. To complete the purchase, you only need to click Confirm & Pay at the bottom of the page. Once the payment is completed, the plugin will redirect you back to your Orders page. So the process is automated and you don't need to send any messages manually.

Hi! When a new update is realeased, you will see a notification on your WordPress dashboard, something like "your plugin should be updated". By clicking the link in that message you can trigger the updating process. If that doesn't work, you can go to the Updates menu and launch an update there. ( Surely, you can always download an update file from AliDropship which is not that convinient but still possible, just FYI). Hi! Did you get an Installation package with your copy of the site? If you add an Installation package to your purchase, then you will get a store installed for you. The rest of the work as site design and product importing and editing has already been done in the Premium store, so after the installation, you will get a store already filled with products and ready for promotion. If you do the installation yourself, you will need to perform Step 1 and then install a premium store to your hosting and domain on the next step. After that, you will need to add a payment gateway(18:04 Step 8 ) and make a test order (36:48 Step 15). If you get an Installation package, you will only need to add payment gateway(our team will help with that task), and you are good to go. Hello, we're sorry, but unfortunately we can't adapt our speech pace for everyone - someone likes it to be faster, someone other like it to be slow. But there's an idea that might help, try to click on the video settings in the bottom right corner of the video and change the video speed...Hope it helps and have a nice day!

Please remove the background music!

As a presenter or tutor, she should speak slowly and have good English pronunciation. Not sure she is an official tutor for the program.

Hi! Sorry to hear that. You can switch on captions in the settings - just click the cog icon in the bottom of the video.
