this deck is one of my most important decks, it has literally been incredibly powerful medicine to me. i don't use it often, but it is in my emergency kit and it is a calming feeling to know it's there. AND it started my collection (before i had like three decks in 20 years) because i saw the HUGE magic that cards can hold. i have the glossy version, but it is really yummy, too. i love this with all my heart!

I just brought the Alice the Wonderland deck and it's so awesome. It answers my questions very clearly (using also a pdf file I found online which goes into all the meanings of the cards in depth. As another here said it's powerful. I have a very bad situation right now in which Ive been cut off from my disability support and feeling like things are impossible.. and the first card I draw when thinking about my situation happens to be the "Impossible Things" card which carries a message of creating a new reality for oneself by imaging things going better and meditating daily. ""You are being asked to believe in something which seem impossible at present. This could be a miracle or something which seems too good to be true. It also talks of belief as a matter of disciple and practice. As the Queen says she practices in believing in impossible things. What if you were to practice in believing in what seems impossible. If you were to spend half and hour per day meditating on a miracle, changing your thoughts and focus on creating an amazing life, you would surely but slowly expand your limits of possibility. If you devoted half hour each day devoted to creating wonderful changes within your life, what would you achieve? Financial breakthroughs?, relationship bliss? physicial healing? Devote yourself to something you wish to improve. " The second card I draw on my situation was the "Nonsense" card, this card appeared as I have a important meeting about my situation today and this card tells me exactly how to be at this meeting ""sometimes like Alice you are going to surprise yourself with your courage. When someone is being aggressive and threatening, you will need to stand up to them in a very firm and strong manner, much as Alice does the Queen" "Like Alice you do not need to say very much or criticize or even point out what they are doing. You simply need to be firm, clear and direct and cut through all the nonsense taking place. If you do this you will silence them and they can do you no harm". Then I had a psychic experience where I had something I could not see moving just below my feet at the end of my bed (It felt like my cat moving about there but there was nothing to be seen there, cat not on bed). I didn't know whether to get the smudge sticks out or if it was my cat there in astral form or a past life pet there. I ended up not doing the smudging in case whatever was on my bed was friendly and I hence don't wish to harm it but still wondering if I'm doing the right thing and the card I pull then when I do a one card reading half an hour after that experience was the "messages from a rabbit card" which means ""When this card comes to you it suggests that you can understand the needs of creatures, animals and wild things. By stilling the human world about you and turning into the greater world, the energy that is all about us, you will know what is needed. This card also suggests time spent with creatures who are not human. You will become very close to a beloved animal perhaps a pet or an animal you take care of" "You will be fascinated with the way in which they communicate and you will learn more about what they mean when they go about their usual habits. It short, you will becme more attuned to the non human world" Anyway, I'm mind blown by the answers I'm getting to my questions with these cards.

I'm about to get this deck in a couple of weeks time and there is a couple of things I love apart from the thoroughness of the storytelling and artwork itself. There are many pieces of art which are easy to recognise in some cards, which Jasmine refers to: Van Gogh, Da Vinci, Velasquez and Dali (who actually did the artwork on Alice himself). And also, as a true lover of the Carroll's works and Alice in particular, I want to point out my profile picture. I'm a lady from Russia and Alice in Wonderland has a huge meaning for us as well and in my profile picture you can see the image from the Alice in Wonderland cartoon made in Russia. It's really gorgeous, strange but beautiful and meaningful at the same time :)

I have this, but my copy is glossy. I use it with my copy of Tarot in Wonderland by Barbara Moore. Love them both.

I have 2 copies of this deck 2018 and they are the shiny card stock….…I do not need another copy of this deck …ugh the struggle….I love Blue Angels new card stock….I just received a beautiful print from Jasmine Becket Griffith “The Hermit” card from Beautiful Creatures… which is Guinevere the girl with green eyes!!! Me and the beautiful creatures Tarot.. have a thing together…There’s something about her artwork that pulls me back to my childhood the good and the… dare I say…(bad) anyway loved seeing this!!!!

That edition of the book is gorgeous!

This is one of my fave oracle decks. It’s not fluffy at all and has quite a few shadow elements. I love pairing it with the Wonderland Tarot by Barbara Moore.

thanks for showing me where to buy this. its legit the most beautiful deck ive ever seen by far. nothings even compared. the illustrations stacked with the luminescence of the cards which are similar to a foil card in a collectors series like pokemon or yugioh is just stunning. its the bomb

I love, love, LOVE Alice in Wonderland! But the more I love something, the more picky am I. I'd love to have an Alice Tarot or Oracle, but until now, nothing is "good enough" or the way I'd like it... I like the one from Llewellyn and Babara Moore best so far, but I'm still not sure. (I'm a little mad with myselft cause I'm so picky... so silly :D) And "We're all mad here" is a Cheshire quote, so the card with the cat is fitting. :)

the person who did Nightmare Before Christmas and Disney Villains is doing Alice also. I saw it on amazon. I think it’s releasing later this year. it will probably be a pip deck like the other decks.

I love the original story too. Thank you for pointing out this deck is the 2021 print! I was about to order but I want the matte finish too so I'm going to have to put this on the back burner until it becomes available. Excellent review, as always!

I think I got the last wrap bag Peggy had in that Alice cloth you have your Dame Darcy in which also holds my Dame Darcy and I just bought the book in a beautiful purple leather hardcover edition from Barnes and Noble with the original artwork. We're on the same wave length! I doubt I'll ever be lucky enough to own the Baba Studios deck though. Now I just need to get this oracle deck.

TOTALLY agree... now if only there was some way to confirm which was which when ordering online!

I’ve looked at this one so much, but I just don’t think it’s the Oracle I am looking for. I’m not a huge fan of this artwork, mostly because all I can think about are bratz dolls, not that it’s a bad thing but it’s definitely not my thing. I love the way that it goes through the story, but I feel like I just haven’t found the right Alice Oracle yet!

Oh this is one of the only oracles I have mine is the glossy card stock. I have no idea what tarot to pair it with.
