In said video i demonstrate how i have modified my large alice pack to have custom quick release buckle straps, opposed to the painfully time consuming stock adjustable straps. hope this helps good luck!
(By no means am I good a sewing but im confident these stitches will last the life of the backback)

Turn the TV off when you do videos
Google Molle ii repair buckle kit. NSN # 8465-01-465-2080. No need to sew anything. Kit comes with four 1” buckles. Two 1” ladder locks and one 2” Monster side release buckle. After that I’d buy some Fastex buckles for the rest of the pack if needed
