I have to say, it's SO refreshing to see the audience just dancing and enjoying the show fully...instead of everybody standing shoulder to shoulder all holding up their cellphones the way people do at concerts today. Everyone here is enjoying themselves the way they should at a show. That is something we have lost unfortunately. In many ways i wish cellphones would cease to exist.

Thanks for uploading this. I miss Alice. I was never into the whole grunge thing but AIC had some cool well written tunes that I could relate to. His voice. Damn. Jerry's riffs just fit so well. As a side note, when my daughter was in elementary school she was told by one of her teachers that was helping out for the Christmas show that she needed to sing from the diaphragm. She didn't understand what that meant so I said it wasn't about just taking a little breath and singing, it's about taking a deep breath and pushing it up from the bottom of your chest. She said "dad, show me." I had Dirt on the car stereo so I did the ending of Would? at full gas - about twice the volume level of what was on the car stereo. She looked at me like I was possessed by the Devil. She knew I had taken guitar lessons and spent years learning music theory based on guitar but didn't no anything that me singing. Memories: sitting with your 10 year old daughter in the driveway belting out "If I could, would you?" and then having mom ask her when she came in the house after an hour of driveway vocal fun if she was sick because her voice was jacked. She wanted to keep going until she could get the final "you?" correct. Yeah, it was an octave higher but she got it.

G O A T....Undisputed! Got Dirt on cassette in early '93 and it was only album I brought with me for a 4 day surf weekend. Listened to both sides over and over. Even on the way home, beat ass tired and arms like spaghetti I was hyped and happy because of this album. It just lined up with my life at the time! I absolutely love Facelift, but this was a monstrous follow-up.Thank you to who uploaded this. You deserve a medal!

Much gratitude for this post! I’ve lived in the Eugene/Springfield area my whole life and I remember when this happened. I think I had to work or some other stupid nonsense, which kept me from the show. I am still mad at myself for missing this one.. BUT now I can finally watch it! Thank you!

I would give anything to have been at that show. I was 13 at the time and my parents wouldn't dream of letting me go to live shows. As a NW Oregon girl, it kills me that I missed out on this show and on the RHCP/Pearl Jam/Nirvana Salem Armory show a few months earlier. Thank you for uploading this footage.

I was here and I would search KZread at least once a year as I hoped it had been recorded since it was playing on the TV in the bar. I was standing directly in front of Cantrell with my hands on the barricade. Wish I would've went to the second night as well. For me, this was one of those shows seeing an amazing band at an amazing time in a small venue. Pretty sure White Zombie played here within a couple months of this show. Thank you so much for posting.
