"It's gotten very nasty for some reason and I don't know why" That's because Alice has no self-awareness and no ability whatsoever to reflect on her own actions. It got nasty because Alice made it nasty. She is to blame for her own problems.

During this entire debacle Alice has proven herself to be a manipulator who cannot be relied upon to tell the truth about anything. She thought she was the center of everything to everyone, and then she found out she couldn't control the person she just expected would prop her up for the rest of her life.

nah, she's shown herself to be a woman with a poor support network, a sociopath of a husband and years of IVF which ravaged her hormones and self so much she became unrecognisable. With a sympathetic husband she'd have been able to access help. I bet you're a narc who has messed up some woman, which is why you're here crying.

I feel so sorry for Alice. I also went through this. I gave birth in another city. I planned to go back , but my baby got sick and we had to spend time in a hospital. With all that delays half a year has passed. While i was with the baby, my husband found a woman in his city. I also found out very instantly. I was in a big stress and deprssion. He also cut all the finances to us. Now his mistress has left him. My baby is 2,5 years old. With the help of my psychotherapist i have passed through all this. He now wants us back. I said definitely no. Neither me or my daughter need someone like this on our life. I feel very happy now. Everything was for the good. Bad people out of my life! Nothing could be better :) I feel very sad for Alice. But in the end everything will turn out fine. Try to be happy with yourself and love yourself. Find positive things in life. There are more than you thought when you start noticing! This is the biggest wisdom 😊❤

Let me tell anyone bashing him something… I left a guy just like this after 7 years married. I left suddenly and I moved on fast and want to explain why. When you justify staying with an abusive person for years and years to yourself and others, and if like me are not the kind who shared feelings or worries with even those closest to you, when an angel from above comes down and yanks those blurred glasses off of you it is impossible to put them back on again even if just for a few days to remain amicable. Whether that realisation comes from an angel above, another man or woman, or a big event or wake up call, when it happens it’s sudden and unexplainable to everyone around you who thought “but you were happy”. When that hit me, I felt claustrophobic even being around him. Intimacy felt like rape, kisses hello made me sick, the sight of his face made me wish I was anywhere but in front of it, and the thought I could’ve had kids with him makes me feel so anxious. Thank goodness he had this realisation, even if from meeting someone else to pull him out of that inescapable toxicity. Sometimes people blinded by an abuser and years of manipulation have a sudden realisation and you can’t come back from that. She’s saying he unblocked her so she thought there was a chance they could work through things, then in the same breath said the divorce was going to be amicable. She had no intention of letting this man or her kids be happy with anyone else other than her. She’s an abuser, and whether your ex has one new love or 10, whether you’ve been together 20 years or 50, you put on your big girl panties and suffer that loss in silence for the sake of your kids and making sure a positive relationship is fostered with the other parent. To sit there and feel entitled to whinge about her life publicly and put this out on the internet forever for some big self-serving pity party at the cost of her kids is despicable. She needs psychiatric help.

Yeah it's easy to move on when you have someone else magically show up to be a replacement. Easy to speak from a place of superiority and knowing better when you had an ideal opportunity to leave and the best possible outcome. Doesn't work that a lot of the time with many if not most others for various reasons, and that doesn't at all necessarily mean that you're more desirable, just that luck worked in your favor this time around. What if you didn't have a viable replacement or you weren't at all in the emotional space to move on abruptly with someone else. These kind of smug comments come off as so pointless and patronizing.

I admit that in this case, I'm influenced by the legal analysis by Andrea Burkhardt. I flowed her analysis during the Depp-Heard defamation case as well as various other psychological and behavioural analysis sources as well. Why ? Because my first marriage was abusive as well. The Heatd-Depp case gave me a deeper understanding of my own circumstances. With respect to psychology, according to the DSM5 people with Cluster B personality disorders (anti-social, border-line, nrecissistic, etc ), they seem to face the greatest relationship challenges in an intimate partnership. I believe it's a matter of a certain lack of self-awareness. People in general tend to presume that others think just as they do and people with more serious degrees of a given Cluster B personality disorder tend to be less self-aware. Based on Andrea Burkhardt's legal analysis of various court filings by both parties I believe it's reasonable to say that some of Alice Evans's conduct hasn't been appropriate. Ioan Gruffudd included over 90 pages of communications from Evans, both private and public, in his application for a restraining order. These build a pattern of denying their daughters the company and affection of their father, reputational damage, which may lead to defamation. Both parties could make their divorce amicable and relatively painless. Mine went quickly, in 18 months from beginning to divorce and division of assets, in a civil law jurisdiction. Our children were old enough that custody wasn't a legal issue. My ex-wife made a series of mistakes that didn't serve her interests, including calling the judge at home on the morning of our 1st court appearance and telling him what decision he should make, failing to understand the result the law could provide her, which led her 2nd lawyer to drop her as a client and, finally, impersonating a lawyer at the law office where she worked as a secretary, which led to her losing her job and was the reason why our divorce was settled quickly. She needed the money and my offer was demonstably more generous than the law required. So, whilst I have some empathy for Evans's circumstances I believe she's being most unconstructive about her choices, which will lead only to more suffering for her, their daughters, who may become alienated from their mother as a result, and more money for her lawyers.

I think so many people had so much sympathy for her unless we started reading the court docs. That, coupled with her totally unhinged behavior on social media, and the parental alienation, has made the tide turn against her. I had a spouse that cheated with someone he worked with - this was in the mid 80s and it was awful - she was younger and thinner too. I'm not sure how I would have behaved if social media was around, but I remember there were times I thought I would lose my mind, but I got over it. Alice gives me Betty Broderick vibes (look her up). She is a piece of work though, going on and on about being such a great parent when she has had a nanny and housekeeper though she has not worked for years and years. She has posted so many drunk rants, and then starting a gofundme. So many women, in dire financial straights, have to take on jobs that may be beneath their skill set, but they do it. On his end, he should never have had the girlfriend there when the kids visited, and he should not have posted that pic about smiling again. Also, both of these fools need jobs. He keeps saying he hasn't really worked in years, but last I looked, he is able bodied and needs to do any work that allows him to support his family. They both do! I also don't understand why she didn't just move the kids to Australia. Wasn't he there several years for the show? Why stay in LA when she had no career, and both have often said that it was impossible to get work in LA, so why stay? Most of his career wins have been overseas. If one chooses to raise the kids and not work, that gives one the privilege of traveling with your spouse. The damage she is doing to those kids, especially the older one, is disgusting.

I mean maybe he should of told his side as they’re are always two sides I mean 2 thing I agree with Alice on she was owed more than instagram to find out his new relationship, and when it comes to their daughters he needs to realise that you both need a civil ground to co parent. But she should of not tweeted anything about her private life that should of been kept between her and Loan and maybe it would not of been a messy and nasty divorce because the two daughters do not deserve to be caught in the crossfire. Like if he had been with Bianca during his marriage yes that is wrong because when people are commenting about finally being out it’s going to come Out wrong in Alice’s eyes, yeah he did right by telling her he does not feel the same but they should of made a plan about co parenting as it should be about the kids not about the relationship.
