A small correction. Hope u take it Sportively, add the pasta once the water starts boiling , the water should vigorously boil. Italians believe the pasta water should taste like sea water, so that much of salt u should add. Pasta will absorb how much ever it want and let out the rest. And once u add the pasta in boiling water stir once, so that it doesn't get settled at the bottom.
