Take it from this old white rocker who didn't sell out. Stay authentic to who you are. I thought I'd be dead by the time i was 25 from rock n roll ... but here I am at 53...realised i had a propensity for excess which kept me going. Point I'm making is that i look back at my music and my music life (different than yours but the same too) and thank fuck that i didn't say yes once. I wrote my songs my way, i looked my way and did every thing my way. So i can stand before my children and they know that their father did not bend or break.
