First of all, water is not that heavy. And it certainly doesn't push away building with such low force. A way to improve your simulations are to not use a slope to launch the water, but some sort of mechanism that moves a wedge while water is inside that mechanism, but not allowed to get out, and you should set the weight of the water lower. But try also setting the simulation speed faster, Earth's gravity is far stronger than what this video is showing.
