For UK weather the shelter is too small, will be wet all the time, so basically no point of the shelter, anyway that's my personal opinion. I would make 60cm as minimum wider roof than the actual kitchen unit.
Great video. Have you put any foundation under the slabs? Or just put the bricks straight on top of the slabs ?

Hi, the slabs have been laid on 100mm type one scalpings which have been compressed and then a full bed of mortar beneath them
