Alfred is just so right on this, the way he says “Batman must save Gotham” is like a reminder to Bruce that he is Batman right now and the people need him

Dude,Alfred telling Batman that he must save Gotham addition to the background song is really chilling

It's nice to know Alfred in the end put him on the right track, and the scene gave us a little speck of The Dark Knight

In fairness to Batman he didn’t want to lose another person he loved

It’s because of Jason Todd, he never wants to go through the same pain he felt when Joker sent him the video of him killing Robin, so he keeps all of his partners/friends/family members at a arms length And because Batman is very stubborn

Maybe i'm stretching this too far but this is reminiscent from the scene in The Dark Knight where Bruce allowed his feelings for Rachel get in the way and choose to rescue her instead of Harvey

Alfred knows that Gotham's hope and Savoiur.....is Batman. Arkham City is such a peak game. I wished I played it again on Xbox One if my TV didn't break down

Maybe if he didn't send Tim away earlier he could deal with both of these things.

I mean these games really make you think… so where was Dick/Jason/ and Tim during all of this, sure Dick could have been nightwing and in bloodhaven, and Jason could have already been “dead”, but that leaves Tim, did he not meet Batman yet? How long is it from Arkham City and Arkham Knight? Genuinely I don’t know that, but you’d think SOMEONE would come help him.

@@TheBatman39 No I did but The only one i didnt finish was this one so I guess that would explain the big gap information, but I mean from a creative direction, i dont remember dick being mentioned in the first game, not even oracle that much, I think only once? And then origins was too far back, so then Knight then had alllll these characters and I was like where did they all come from, its been a while to so I should just replay them all

When he chose to go out there in the cowl he chose to put the needs of the city above his own personal wants. Alfred has always been the rock of Bruce Wayne that keeps him on his true mission.

This is reason why Arkham City is shit. Arkham Knight story better
