I totally loved your take on this episode! 🌹 I’ve been a widow for 3 years now and I have nobody left to live for but myself and it still feels weird. I can relate to that episode in a way I never could have when the show was new and I was still young. Your reactions are always so awesome! 🤗

I LOVE THAT SHOW! That was my first introduction to "sitcom" Betty White! She is hilarious on that show and definitely my favourite character!

I don’t trust Big Daddy. In one episode Dorothy calls him the “Grand Dragon/Wizard” implying he was a racist and Blanche has confirmed it with comments about her father

Her dad wasnt someone to distrust. The whole show was light hearted comedy. Her family was the typical southern family and her history is her history but by no means was her father something to suspect anything negative. Especially in a later episode. I've seen every episode at least three times.
