Wow , she is so intelligent, such clarity of thought . My takeaways 1. How Low you go is how high you go 2. Journal your thoughts to observe thought patterns running your life 3. There is always gold in the pain . 4. The Person you are in love with you become . 5. We stretch out relationship because we means end is failure , but it’s all about the journey . 6. Our obsession to make something last is not healthy . 7. Just be passionately curious . Be teachable all the time . 8. Intention on something before you do it is very powerful . 9. Anything we direct outwards is manifestation of what is going to happen inside of us 10. The paths change but intention remain the same . Write down your intentions . 11. Everything I struggled for is not meant for me .

Your mom sounds like the most incredible woman ever. How beautiful that you were chosen to be raised by her! I believe people like her are sent on earth to teach people lessons. Everything is meant to happen for a certain purpose. And her purpose was to help you find who you are. Because you are here to make a difference in the world. How incredible is that. As someone who is mentally in a very bad place right now and constantly contemplating suicide (which I don’t believe is selfish if you truly feel like you don’t belong here - there are multiple universes out there and we aren’t all meant to be here for a “full” life). I think it’s so special and rare to have had someone like her in your life. You have no idea. I’ve been searching for someone like that for the 26 years I’ve been in this earth. She was meant for you. Which means you are going to do great things in this universe Alexis. God bless🙏🏼

My daughter is 23, owns her own home, b&b, and has been a firefighter/emt since 18. She loves gardening, animals and is a compassionate human being. Yes, I am extremely proud of her. She has so much depth! I love it so much. And yes, I admit: I am one the girls who used to see her on social media and felt threatened by her beauty. I used to be so insecure about myself, that it activated jealousy in me (though I never acted upon this jealousy). There are so many girls who lean mostly on their looks, but Alexis... Gosh! It truly touches me how someone so beautiful has developed herself in ways that make her feel so relatable, so deep, so real, so authentic and is so connected to herself/the source. I now understand why I feel a certain level of discomfort when I see girls on Instagram who only rely on looks, and why they seem so alienated to me: because (like Alexis said) they only rely on one dimension "beauty" instead of embracing all the other ones too. And @jay, thank you so much for this interview. I've learned more today from watching this on youtube than from spending months hanging out with certain people in my life! I am so thankful for both of you!!

She went through the battle of growing up in Hollywood and having to find her core which was so much more. The mentality she was surrounded by can be vicious and dark but she is a magician and only mirroring back to people positivity. Self love is a practice and that's where service lies in love and acceptance. Service doesn't exist where judgment does.

It’s a shame she was taken from the Earth too soon but some of us never had the chance to have a mom like that even for a day so I’m just grateful to have this episode to learn from I’ll personally think of her mom now whenever I make decisions.

For many years I stated that I cannot be defined by one thing, Im glad to see that I was on the right path all along..words to yourself and words to others is a strong force, and we need to be careful how we use it..one love :)

Honestly WOW. Alexis, we love seeing your humble personality, you are more than looks & I have always seen that in you for years. Learning from your journey in this podcast and all the spiritual lessons of it.. I learned quite a lot, and some of what you went through is what I am going through now. After this I feel more relaxed that I can trust what is ment for me will naturally come to me. Everything that we are also going through, is creating us into the person we need to become to achieve our dream/goal. Loved this alot guys. Thankyou. 🦋💙
