Her beauty is even more striking on the inside and she is on the outside. A reminder even for me to never judge a book by its cover. I didn't by the way. But I wouldn't have guessed the profound wisdom of her soul.
Alexis is an incredible soul! It's so much nicer to see her talk and be in her element because I feel like so many people only know her in photos. She's has so much power in her thoughts, this was super insightful
Wow , she is so intelligent, such clarity of thought . My takeaways 1. How Low you go is how high you go 2. Journal your thoughts to observe thought patterns running your life 3. There is always gold in the pain . 4. The Person you are in love with you become . 5. We stretch out relationship because we means end is failure , but it’s all about the journey . 6. Our obsession to make something last is not healthy . 7. Just be passionately curious . Be teachable all the time . 8. Intention on something before you do it is very powerful . 9. Anything we direct outwards is manifestation of what is going to happen inside of us 10. The paths change but intention remain the same . Write down your intentions . 11. Everything I struggled for is not meant for me .
One of my favorite episodes you've done. She is so full of light and very inspiring. I took a lot of notes from this! 1. Have a why with everything you do 2. Be curious, and stay teachable 3. Anything we direct outwards us an exact manifestation of what's going to happen within us

I could listen to her talk forever, such an intelligent soul
Your mom sounds like the most incredible woman ever. How beautiful that you were chosen to be raised by her! I believe people like her are sent on earth to teach people lessons. Everything is meant to happen for a certain purpose. And her purpose was to help you find who you are. Because you are here to make a difference in the world. How incredible is that. As someone who is mentally in a very bad place right now and constantly contemplating suicide (which I don’t believe is selfish if you truly feel like you don’t belong here - there are multiple universes out there and we aren’t all meant to be here for a “full” life). I think it’s so special and rare to have had someone like her in your life. You have no idea. I’ve been searching for someone like that for the 26 years I’ve been in this earth. She was meant for you. Which means you are going to do great things in this universe Alexis. God bless🙏🏼
Wow, what an inspiring podcast! “Anything that I was struggled for wasn’t meant for me” - thanks!

@Camilla Clea i agree. But there are so many influencers that are trying to show more reality online. In my opinion, when you have so many ppl following you there is responsibility that comes with it.
Beautiful. I can only hope I leave my daughter with as much love and support as your mom. We unschooled from the first grade, I supported everything my daughter was interested in, nutrition and 'magic' were a part our daily lives. My daughter is 23, owns her own home, b&b, and has been a firefighter/emt since 18. She loves gardening, animals and is a compassionate human being. Yes, I am extremely proud of her. But most of all my wish for her is that she is happy, healthy and fulfilled. Thank you for sharing , Alexis. And as always, thank you, Jay. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Wow ..what an amazing girl ...I've never heard of nor know anything of her work. But this girl is a true gem ....slot to be learnt and inspiring and I'm 49 years old
Alexis is such a ball of energy and radiant light, so animated, love her personality! And hi 5 talking to a tree for an hour, I have a habit of doing the same randomly now and then just start talking to birds, plants, anything to do with nature x'D. Thank you so much for this Alexis and Jay, much love, peace and good health to all

This conversation was amazing Jay! As always. Alexis is so much more than 'just a pretty face,' really loved hearing more about her upbringing & her journey.
This was hands down one of the most educational things iv seen this year, Thank you , Its rare to hear some of the things expressed in this, Iv been having a weird time with time lately and this explored it through a different lense to what I'm normally exposed too, and helped me dig a bit into somethings, so really awehh thank you
she's such a vibe this world is lucky to have.
Wasn't prepared for this level of wisdom, thanks Alexsis and Jay! What a joyful and insightful conversation 🔥
she is so mature beyond her years. Such a soul-level conversation, was hanging on to every word. Thank you.
Alexis seems like such a genuinely lovely person
When you think she can only make sexy pictures... but she is so much more! I’ve been there, always pleasing other people, never myself. Always yes to others always no to myself. I got into a deep depression, i turned my life around and everything is better now but still i need to be very aware and set boundaries. Still always want to be perfect... Alexis is such an inspirational person ❤️🙏🏽 If you are suffering from depression, please be gentle with yourself and just know that you will overcome this.
Wow, this whole conversation was pure and beautiful!❤️ There’s so many key points and takeaways mentioned from Jay and Alexis!❤️
Alexis ren is a person who will motivate you to be a better version of yourself that you've seen before.....
Currently crying right now. Her story is so touching and I relate to it so much. I love you Alexis😭💗
She has so much depth! I love it so much. And yes, I admit: I am one the girls who used to see her on social media and felt threatened by her beauty. I used to be so insecure about myself, that it activated jealousy in me (though I never acted upon this jealousy). There are so many girls who lean mostly on their looks, but Alexis... Gosh! It truly touches me how someone so beautiful has developed herself in ways that make her feel so relatable, so deep, so real, so authentic and is so connected to herself/the source. I now understand why I feel a certain level of discomfort when I see girls on Instagram who only rely on looks, and why they seem so alienated to me: because (like Alexis said) they only rely on one dimension "beauty" instead of embracing all the other ones too. And @jay, thank you so much for this interview. I've learned more today from watching this on youtube than from spending months hanging out with certain people in my life! I am so thankful for both of you!!
What she talks about changing education. Thats the key. We need to give pure light to our seeds and they will make earth better place later
Wow. This left me so speechless. I’m so blown away how wise and such deep thinker you are Alexis. I’ve only known you through your modeling and influencing career. I got so excited when I found out Jay Shetty is doing a podcast with you as I love watching Jay Shetty’s video so much. I’ve got understand you even more and I must say you’re really a true reflection of beauty - both inner and outer. So so wise. And your mom. Your mom is such a powerful and strong women - I thank her for being your mother and I thank you so much for sharing her lessons, stories and wisdom. Keep on shining your light. Thank you Jay & Alexis!! Wish I could meet you both in real life - having deep conversations about life 💖💖
Amazing interview ! Her mom would be so proud of her 💕 I love that she’s spreading her legacy !!
Go through life having ball moments where you lose yourself in the moment; always be curious; be true to yourself; be happy yourself to help people be happy with themselves; the list goes on! Love it.
“I’m not talking about just what YOU think is your trauma..” whoah. I loved listening to her. So much love and admiration for this young woman.
Such an open and honest discussion - another great interview Jay
She went through the battle of growing up in Hollywood and having to find her core which was so much more. The mentality she was surrounded by can be vicious and dark but she is a magician and only mirroring back to people positivity. Self love is a practice and that's where service lies in love and acceptance. Service doesn't exist where judgment does.
This is the most beautiful podcast I’ve ever come across. You’re beautiful inside out alexis ren 🌸
Thank you Alexis for coming onto this podcast. I really needed this. I moved to LA 2 years ago and I feel like so many people and things are weighing me down and stopping me from fulfilling my purpose to serve and help others so this really was refreshing. I didn’t have a mom like Alexis’ mom so I really appreciate her sharing this and it was beautiful just seeing what it’s like to have such an amazing mom. It’s a shame she was taken from the Earth too soon but some of us never had the chance to have a mom like that even for a day so I’m just grateful to have this episode to learn from I’ll personally think of her mom now whenever I make decisions.
Alexis so deserve to be in this podcast, incredible person
I like how Alexis has realized that there is more to her worth than just merely being pretty. I don't know what it's like to be a model or even the struggles behind it, but I'm sure there's more to the mental health struggles than I understand.
What an amazing interview! Alexis is so inspiring, love to see her talking with vulnerability and transperancy, incredible women s2

She is so sweet. It makes me happy seeing such a wholesome interaction on the podcast.
Such an incredible soul. 🤍 We named our daughter Ren & was first inspired by Alexis Ren. Thank you for sharing your wisdom, babe ✨
this was so helpful, in apprecting the connection you have with someone but being able to let go and it not be a negative thing.. just a journey of growth.. Ive been struggling with this lately.. letting go of strong relationships that I don't see any fulfillment or growth or that we are even on the same path intellectually.. and have gotten back lash and guilt tripped because of it feeling that I was wrong to be wanting to grow and in different atmospheres. This was so insightful on so many levels for me. Thank you both
Hell yeah. This is so in tune with the collective experience. Y’all are some OG’s 🤩🤩🤩

I loved this. Any chance we can ask Alexis to share more self soothing techniques she learnt from her mom? :)
That’s the most amazing interview I’ve ever watched! Thanks!
Alexis is super sweet and I like when she said that she doesn't want to be known and judged on just her looks. Honestly, I knew her only because of her looks and model photos but I see that she is so much more than that. Loved how she got into the topics.
i could listen to her all day tbh... doesnt matter the words. so calming
Alexis is so wise, human peace YES. Realistically that’s what we need, life would be less tainted. Consciousness is important, yet some can’t stay in that stage for long (even me). Another great video, thanks Jay
42:57 how to separate pain from our narrative to heal it. I came back to this episode today for some reason. Each watch I get different brilliant notes, she is so powerful and wise
Alexis is all about women empowerment AND I LOVE IT ❤️🔥 that jay starts talking about his wife in this women appreciation episode is so pure 🌎
What an absolute BEAUTIFUL podcast! You are both so so inspiring and open and fun and heart felt and thought-provoking in all the best ways. I truly felt you through this. Thank you so much. Just.. thank you. ❤❤

Loved this podcast, thank you for helping me through a tough breakup.
this was amazing. I knew she was a beautiful soul but this interview as a whole was so nicely done, i love that you just let her tell her whole story and all the lessons that came with it. i loved every minute and ended up telling my boyfriend about it :)
That was a good talk. I've never listened to anything on KZread this long. Thanks to both of you. 😌
Woweee! Very wise young women, able to express herself well, with very great character. She is a good example how parents affect their children. Lucky for the planet, that she had a great parent. I wish that for all children, and suffer to see, hear and know the opposite, which is more common, which preoccupies my worries about this world. Thank you for this amazing talk!
I’m always looking for that thing that passionates me and feel bad when I tried something new and tell me self “this is not it” then feel even worse because of the “running out of time” idea but after this vid I know is not about passion is about being curios. Ironically I’ve considered my self someone that love being curios and everything that comes with the curiosity mindset. So I got to say this vid definitely cheers me up and highlighted my day. Thaaanks!

Honestly WOW. Alexis, we love seeing your humble personality, you are more than looks & I have always seen that in you for years.
