Why is it, whenever I hear a Greek song or Greek music, it pulls so hard at my heartstrings and makes me feel a longing for Greece and its people. I am not Greek, I do not understand Greek, but I feel the love the Greek people have for their homeland. I too love Greece and always will. Yes I do know Alexandria is in Egypt, but the song and music is Greek personified.

You simply feel what this music is meant to make you feel.Part of Greece and Greek history ,blooming arts ,blooming science,blooming souls was Alexandria .Lots of Greek families used to be main part of cultural and commercial growth of Alexandria,until about the '50's.They had to move as a result of political events.
