Has anyone noticed whenever a reporter ask about a racial incident the police say "We can't comment because it's a ongoing investigation". Or if someone plans on suing ( they never even filed the paperwork yet ) the Police say " We can't comment because it's a pending litigation". They keep everything close to the chest. However if the person has a record the police will talk all day or at least leak the info to the press.

1994 Kenosha Wisconsin. my battery was dead. I had threeblocks to push my car to get home. pushing the car appeal a police car comes from the opposite direction, then does a U-turn and then gets behind my body as I’m pushing my car up hill. He gets up on the radio and says move to the side. Apparently he ran my license plate. Sitting on my bumper waiting for the police to run his background check. with his Spotlight on my face. no warrants. no tickets. Turned his lights off and drove around me and disappeared. So much for helping.

Last summer my wife and I saw a couple who were in a older honda Civic the husband was pushing it uphill and getting nowhere. So we get out and us both being powerlifters we got the car pushed to the gas station about 70 yards away all uphill and the whole time two cops watching and laughing. I said "don't bother to help now this was a job that requires the strength of a veteran. Not a punk" took the wind out of their sails really quick.

Did he offer to loan him a phone, if he didn't have his own? (A cop actually did that for me one time. I was walking around campus at night in the food court looking for a phone and I saw a officer chatting with a professor. I stopped and asked him what happened to the pay phones that used to be near the bathrooms. He said they'd been removed. Then out of the blue he said you can use my phone. That's what you call helping somebody.) The officer had no intention of helping this man at all. It's not even rational to say someone is trying to help you when the only questions they're asking you are questions designed to "help" you incriminate yourself.

Whaaaaa!!!!!! You won't give me your ID!!! I'm gonna take your freedom even though it isn't a lawful order, neither is the arrest. But I'm gonna show you how big a bully I can be... The officer and the zombie next to him are spineless weasels hiding behind the badge

That officer do not help him at all. All that man did is ruin the guy's life. And credit. And now the tax payers is going fox it. This officer should be fire or suspended without pay. That way he can feel the pain for not having job.

Well you have a civil lawsuit. $100,000 for the false arrest, another $100,000 for the false imprisonment, and another hundred thousand dollars for kidnapping. Now you have to negotiate loss of income because they stole your car.

You don't help someone by asking for a license. You're every intention was to cause trouble and inconvenience this man. Those pigs didn't have to do that and a white boy would have been left alone. Able to keep his little car

Those police/serifs/troopers SHOULD pay for him to get his car back, the RIGHT thing to do. If they mess up, they have TO fix it, why are you all ignoring this? If i as a civilian would make you lose your property, I would have to pay for it.

I live in Stafford, Va. The cops do pull over black people for no reason. Once I got pulled over for "speeding" when actually I hadn't done anything. The cop saw a young black man driving and decide to harass me. I didn't even get a ticket.
