@@johnhatchell5913 thats a bad habit by the people but it doesnt come out of the blue if several ppl feel like listining to LDR. Its the low depressed voicing like @konehead cokehead said or you could call it lazy voicing, but also the way she put emphasis on words or how she "slides" slowely from one note to another. Also reminds me of "Beach House "at some pointI. ts still far away from coping rather might be influenced by those dream pop artists, so you can still say it reminds you of LDR but in a positive way?

It's crazy how i haven't got tired of this song since i heard it. Her music is just... special to me
