Fermifire He was phenomenal as Eric. I loved the character in the books & was all set up to be super snobby about whomever they cast in the role, lol. But he won me over in his first appearance - well, I kept saying he needed to lose the long hair, lol but I didn’t hold that against him. 😂 And eventually it got shorter. 🤣

Back when True Blood was brand new I started listening to a little podcast dedicated to the show and he was a guest for one episode. I was really struck by how genuine and friendly he was, and that he took his time doing it at all, especially since this wasn't some huge production. That always stuck with me. I think they even mentioned that he'd done it for free, just because he wanted to connect with fans. Seems like a great guy!

When I went to Sweden a couple of years ago I kept staring at everyone because they were all so beautiful. Old people, young people, children, were all just beautiful.

One of my favorite things about watching Chernobyl was watching Stellan's performance because, in some scenes, when his character got scared and vulnerable (like after Legasov told him they have five years to live, when he was screaming on the phone, etc) you could see him almost going younger/looking like a younger version of himself and in those scenes, it looked like Alex on the screen but with prosthetic wrinkles. Those two are so freaking talented it's amazing.

I saw him on the street once. He's just as gorgeous in person. Quite a sight! So tall!
