Thanks LSD25. I've seen(and heard) lots of versions of this piece, but not of this arrangement. I wonder if it's his own? If so he should publish it, he'd make a fortune. Ah well, the ending alone is enough to make me practice my scales in tenths

alas, the arrangement that came in the mail is far less interesting than the one here. maroiification , do you happen to have a source for the score that Labko is playing here? I'm suspecting it's his own arrangement...

This is an elaborate arrangement, but the performance lacks colour and panache, it is actually quite boring :(. The original work covers many different ideas and feelings , but this was not successfully conveyed in this performance. Elaborations are always welcome, but not at the cost of a genuine and successful performance.
