This is true, I always thought things got easier because that’s what I’ve been told for over 4 years now. I held on to that and have beat myself up for it wondering why I haven’t been able to let go and heal. True grief really is life long, it’s something that lingers and consumes you in your darkest times. I needed to be reminded my mom lives on through me, I’ve lost sight of that recently and I’ve been in a downward spiral for a couple years now. Thank you.
