Following Izzy for the past few years, I’ve always seen Pereira as the villain. But honestly, I feel like he’s more deserving of the Title. He’s a humble man that doesn’t need to talk, he just does. I appreciate Izzy’s trash talk here and there but sometimes it’s excessive. And Pereira basically telling Izzy it’s not personal but Izzy saying it is also makes me lean towards Alex. If Izzy never talked that smack, then Alex probably wouldn’t have come back, but he poked the bear. Nevertheless I think these two will definitely go down as two of the greatest middleweights of all time. I kind of see their rivalry like Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier’s.

Even though Alex lost, this is one of my favorite post fight speech
pereira followed the love of his life all the way to the ufc, and he made it. now thats a true inspiring love story. ❤️
