I really appreciate us as Kenyans. Finally understanding that panic attacks and anxiety are serious issues. So many of our youth are committing suicide because nobody takes it serious. We need to give them the medical help they need be it therapy, psychologists or psychiatrists. Ronoh you have our full support and love.

I struggled with panick attacks and anxiety for long woi, people thought it was a joke i could not even go out, but thank God i started taking medication ronoh i really understand you, take heart ❤️
