The time of the murders was what prosecution said. Could have been later. Maybe Maggie was trying to take pic of assailant when her camera turned on. Then she was killed? Maybe Paul & Maggie were talking after AM left. Not using phones, then someone came up. This case should not have been brought against AM. As stated in this video- horrible job by LEO. What if AM never stole $. What if he never lied. Who'd he still be found guilty. According to prosecution- YES. I'm not so sure. Believing someone did it is much different than proving beyond reasonable doubt. There is plenty of reasonable doubt. If this can happen to him, can be anyone. And it has happened.

Time of death wasn’t established you can’t stick a hand under an armpit and say a time. The states time of death and video were the case but the time of death is wrong. He goes from removing a chicken to blasting away then 10 mins later he is cleaned up all evidence gone. And motive? To buy himself a few weeks reprieve. People get emotionally invested and say he is despicable ok maybe. I just don’t see how he get rid of every trace of evidence in minutes. People here believe the government lockstep. As someone who has had a loved one go through the legal system. I can tell you once they set you as a target video proof won’t sway them. We all should be concerned that post arrest silence and prior bad acts that are not similar are let in. People here don’t understand the law. They get emotionally invested. Like the people who go to crime scenes and place teddy bears and cheap flowers they want to feel like they are righteous. At 50k a week he wasn’t paying for drugs he was being extorted. Mark my words this isn’t the last twist in this case. Paul was using fentanyl the swollen feet is a very common. A 22 year old doesn’t get swollen feet like that. I’ve seen that numerous times in people I’ve dealt with who are addicts. I am almost certain this will be overturned on appeal. The judge handed him another trial by not striking from the record the post arrest silence. And allowing prior bad acts in. If you want to hear Brady argument explanation. Watch the Aaron Hernandez trial. The judge there excluded prior bad acts of the witness Alexander Bradley who was involved in a different shooting.

Justice is done like this in many places in our country. Handfuls of people control things just like this in communities everywhere. It is a natural tendency to gain power then hang onto it by any means necessary including stealing and lying. The low country is no more (or less) corrupt than many of the other places where judges, lawyers and law enforcement stick together. Oh, you have a few cases where the protest becomes so loud that those in power scapegoat one or two individuals like in the black lives matter case in Minneapolis. But most times no one ever hears about it. The lawyers in that community were under pressure to make sure a sacrificial lamb was offered up for slaughter. Many of them were just as dirty. But they needed this scapegoat to take the heat off. It's my understanding there were other's getting loans at the Palmetto State Bank out of proceeds of torte case settlements as well. Wonder if we will ever hear their names or see them on trial.

What's so ridiculous about this is that, regardless of the outcome of the murder trial, the guy was going-away for LIFE, due-to his serial MEGA-THEFTS, in any case. People see the send-up of Southern Gentility in "Django Unchained," and come away thinking, "Well, that's just a caricature, an overdone satirical version," and then you see something like THIS, going-on, in the here and now, for-real. Because of the understandable resentment caused by the boating accident, AND the use of two different long arms, AND the fact that there seemed to be WAY too-much emphasis upon "the only two roads-IN, to Moselle," when the sprawling property could OBVIOUSLY have been infiltrated "six ways, from-Sunday" through other routes of ingress and egress, the murder of the guy who was putatively responsible FOR the boating accident could work AGAINST a more optimal lawsuit outcome seemed to militate AGAINST the idea of the young female boating crash victim's friends of family being involved. The whole bit about offering help with the impending WEDDING of the ailing Mom's caretaker, while suggesting that she INFLATE the duration of the nighttime visit to the medicated Alzheimer's patient looked really-bad.
